Trying to use this mod but each time I put a gun from this mod in my hands it crashes my game

something is wrong on the pro-1 launscher. he shoot like 15° above the aimed target.

I have this and the consolidation armaments weapons for weaponcore, the consolidation guns work, these however seem to not fire, they take the ammo but no projectile seems to be coming out the end...

also, weapons seem extremely weak against animals and spiders spawned with MES Creature Spawner. took 4 full clips to kill a sheep, and could barely scratch a spider.

is there a way to add compatibility for the Nuclear Weapons mod? it add nuclear warheads that can be fired with the precise rocket launcher, but with this mod it causes a reload loop that just erases all of the ammo without actually loading it.

So, when reloading the basic pistol, it uses up all the ammo instead of just one magazine

So like if I give them any damage to large grid they trigger the deformation on the blocks really bad. So say I set the base to 0.0000001x damage to large grid it would do full deformation.
I have been meaning to write up a version of this that is not based on the vanilla guns so on that I might as well add in LG damage.

Would it be possible to get a config option to turn large grid damage back on? I would honestly love the increased danger that could bring to AI enabled bots.

They are not designed to damage large grid really at all.
This is because with AI enabled you'll have suits fighting in your base and you don't want it getting destroyed by the small arms fire. You can however damage small grid blocks relatively easily with them.

Nevermind, I had to reload the save and it fixed itself, somehow, but Using the basic pistol disabled my forward walk until reload, weird

I'm getting a lot of crashes when selecting the MR-20 in my hotbar (haven't tested with other weapons yet). Should I send a crash log?

Okay so it turns out, them not firing on the fresh world was because the MR-20 needs a new, unique ammo type! I might be blind but I didn't see that in the description... It also took a while to actually detect and use the ammo for some reason.

For some reason the weapons don't shoot for me. I am supposed to use left click to fire them right? I've tried with just this mod and WeaponCore enabled on a fresh world, still won't work.

Update:
Shield damage from 900x to 5x.
- I hope someone somewhere made a play with these before I patched that lol.

Let me know if anything stands out guys. Have fun!

Also if they aren't showing up (potater) make sure that your not running any other mods that effect the vanilla guns, this is a direct upgrade so if anyone else has worked on them you might run into compatibility issues.

I'll take a look at the code, I know *why* this is a thing and see if I can get an update out soon.
You can edit the WC server config to turn down the damage from them on the backend too, or up!

Is there a way to tone these down a little bit? They absolutely obliterate shields (millions of damage over a couple of seconds) and I feel they should do far less, given they're hand weapons and all.

I don't know how to reconstruct this bug but when I re-entering a world I every time do a double reload. Like, I press the reload button one time but in the invertory disappear two magazines and I hear dual reload sound. I tested it in the world without any mods, except this and weaponecore. First time it worked perfectly but when I added AI enabled it's broken. Even if then I delete AI enabled it's still broken

Just posed the update so the guns will have the right icons in the assembler!
MistLynx double check for mod conflicts, start an empty world with just this and weaponcore and test, if it works then there may be a conflict in your list. If they don't work there may be a larger issue present that we can help you with if you make a ticket in the discord mentioned above.

The weapons simply do not fire for me. I have no idea what is going on as they have ammo and I can switch ammo types but the guns just don't shoot.

I know how to fix that, my apologies, simple oversite on the initial publish. With blueprint recipes (what you see in the assembler) they have their own declared icon in the recipe that I neglected to update, they should still point to the proper item when crafted.

Yeah they use them too, it is a double edged sword. Your AI will also use these.
You can alter the damage of bots in the AI enabled config, also you can edit the server side setting for the weapons overall and change their settings just like any other weaponcore weapon if you want to turn up or down their damage overall.

Guess I shall have the first question: Would this affect NPC from AIEnabled to use these weapons as well? Some NPC spawn with the MA-20 or some spawn with the S-20

Do see you mentioned fending off hordes of AI with these, but can it be vise versa for making life pain?
