Japan ai always seems to manually create another china puppet in the peace deal instead of annexing and forming through decisions. This always causes there to be two chinas led by wang.

When I play it with RK+ states of japan are purple (1 colour for every puppet).

I also got two chinas after i took the coast which was less than ideal. I think you should disable a bunch of the warlord decisions after you've taken the coast

There is a bug in the "transfer Qinghai" decision, it transfers the region north of qinghai but not qinghai proper. there is also no decision to transfer it to tibet, which i think should probably be in game (and tibet needs a core on it too)

This is very buggy.. Japan creates 2 chinese puppets and then declares war on sinkiang only to white peace when the cap and just keep doing that
