is there a chance to get a local mod with VERY high fines based on this? i have over 3bn cash ingame and want to reduce that without having to create a new profile. i'm thinking about 100 million for any possible offence and use this until money is almost gone or down to a normal level - is this possible or does the fine system only affect current earnings?

I agree with the red light fine, going through on amber is perfectly legal in the UK.
Now I don't have to nerf all fines in game, thank you very much
