Timezone, country name, and fuel price are all in the same one file.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, why this mod cannot be used along the mods that changes fuel price?
Is fuel price and time managed by same component in the game?

No. Use the linked Actual Day-/Night times mod for that.

Can be used alone or with the day/night mod.
On its own, this will keep the current day on midwinter.

the issue is that the during the whole day the sunlight looks like a sunrise and all the cars have headlights throughout the day which is kind of annoying, but overall good mod
