It literally has the yellow triangle saying it's outdated, how did you miss that?

I can't play it for some reason I always crash because its for some reason outdated an I am wondering how do I fix this issue.

Hi, I've been enjoying the mod a lot and played many different nations, but I've been noticing only now that apparently countries can't produce transport planes in their equipment tab. I find it strange since you can research paratroopers, but with this issue you can't actually use them. Am I missing something or is this a bug? (I also checked with the "outdated equipment" toggle and still they don't show up)

I really like the mod but for some reason the naval supremacy system doesn't work and the the game tells me that I have 47% supremacy with 40 times more ships than my enemy and 8000 naval bombers over the channel. could it be becouse I don't have some DLC?
