Report a translation problem
A couple things, though: The patch made to the Solarium Star (idk if there are any others affected) is written in a way that overwrites the recipe unlocks added by other mods (I could only learn Aetherium Engine's Solarium Rod recipe after unsubbing from RWM). Also, including the version number in the internal name just makes it harder to keep in the metadata's "includes" in the long run.
Info on how to use it with a modded species is found in the MegaMart Field Guide (obtained once per character) under the Unfamiliar Species section.
Though, unlike betabound, my versions of the weapons aren't crafted at the anvil, but at the custom weapon smithing station, so they are separate. As such, the overlap is minimized.
Thanks for the input, wasn't sure about the values. In small test samples it seemed alright, but I can adjust it in a hotfix.

The issue should now be fixed, I made an oversight in adding a recipe for the token to the fragments.
Additionally the novakid weapons have been added to the RWM MegaMart.

Unrelated question, but is it intentional that the tier0 Novakid weapons can't be purchased in the Weapon Mart?

As far as the starter sword you currently have, it may be necessary to either drop, or recraft it in order for the ability to be corrected.

It's not too big a deal (at least as far as current playthroughs go) because the racial starters exist to be replaced, but I imagine it's pretty frustrating. Wish I knew more about what was going on so I could provide more helpful answers in regards to fixing the bug.
While we're talking hylotl bugs, I also feel like I should report the tier 2 and tier 3 hylotl broadswords appear to be uncraftable via vanilla methods! their recipes are shown as unlocked when I craft the prerequisites, but nothing shows up. Going into admin allows them to show up, though, and it seems to show that two different recipes are assigned to the same item, if that's helpful for figuring out what went wrong.

Not something I considered as I don't use any race mods...
Will look into adding the megamart into a common blueprint pool with the next update.

Whoops, that's a slight oversight on my part... I forgot to set up the learned recipes for novakids.
I am currently working on an update (2.1.1) to address the state of novakid weapons.
I will work a fix into the update.

They can be crafted from the inventor's table.
All weapons are available for all races.
Once you reach lvl 5, you can purchase the starter weapon of any race from the RWM megamart.
I will look into all weapons immediately being available to all races if that is a feature that is requested enough.
