Question: Why does the strap on the waist hang down through the groin area?

Honestly looks like sniper's wanger is hanging out.

I just got this item the other day and after posting a screenshot it is all I can see. I am guessing it was an inside dirty joke or something? Just curious:)

Valve has been known to do that sometimes. its not an uncommon thing at this point, but i get how ya feel when they do that.

Could I make a suggestion for the armor's decal? Rather than a shield, might it instead be a vertical stripe down the middle, to mimic his default look?
