I have really gone off Paradox games since the bloody mess that was BBA DLC. That & they banned a Ukraine mod??? Tone death. I an not anticipating making any additional changes to this. But sometime the spirit takes... so nothing planned, but possible.

Hey, do you plan on updating the doctrine focus tree? In the mod it's just bonuses to research speed, and not cost of said doctrines. It would be really neat if you'd update it since it makes that whole part of the focus tree practically useless

v1.05 I cleaned up the map start regions, so Ukraine does not impact so profoundly on its neighbours, plus corrected some map areas that were not Ukrainian (yet).

Its amazing to me that this isnt just a mod page saying free ukraine but alot of effort went into this mod which shows how much you care about ukraine.

@solmix I respect your opinion and nation, but thats not a war you can win... Iam sorry to say, but Russia can do what ever they want in your Country, its a matter of fact that NATO or the US can´t help directly and with more and more sanctions for russia, it becomes more likely for them to commit more and more war crimes. If they have nothing more to lose, they will even consider the nuclear option.
I know it sounds rediculus, but no nation will come to your aid, once Russia decides to threaten a nuclear strike.
The following days will decide the fate of the Ukraine, if Russia secures the land-bridge in the south, they will controll everything east of the dnipro river.
It is a sad reality, but the Ukraine failed to get the pro-russian seperatist under control after the maidan revolution.

I have a suggestion. Perhaps you could remake this mod into a what if when Ukraine got their independence from Imperialist Russia and got invaded by the Soviets, they won. Like despite the attempts from the Soviets to get more ground into Ukraine, they were halted badly and had to either retreat or sign an armistice. Perhaps also give a mission or a decision for the Soviets to declare war on Ukraine later down the line. I feel doing it like this would grant players a greater feeling of accomplishment than simply a power fantasy. I mean, I could get the same effect with console commands and editing, but I'm not the modder here.
