Man, I don't understand how people don't understand that discord is more convenient to just share info.

Modders don't **HAVE** to cater to your every whim all the time. Most of the time a mod maker does it because they have a passion, an idea, or just plain want to make something. They have 0 obligation to provide any support beyond, "as is". The fact that this guy put a ton of effort over the years into making and running and supporting this mod is purely because he wants to help you.

Most people don't do modding for money or clout or whatever. They do it because they want to, so being a complete ass to modders is... Like... /Why?/

As a modder in other games, I share your pain. And I say do it how you want! They don't like it they can go and learn to code like we did. Plus rude people really torque me off. Even if you disagree with something, be polite. I have a sticky note on all of my mods "Be polite or get deleted!" So now I'm going to try out your mod. Thank you for your effort, even if it doesn't fit my need.

I make 0 cents from discord, I have only made negative money from modding. I don't care about discord numbers at all, its just more convenient for me. The software I wrote to create the videos is open source, but not super friendly to use and trying to help people use it in steam comments is very inefficient.

For playback no, for recording yes you need everything in the package to record.

Hey do I need to do something with that audio.dll file? Because I noticed that while my video plays, there's no sound, and the file name seems like it would have something to do with that.

FYI, doesn't scale properly on large grid text panels ( not lcd's) the video gets offset upwards by almost half of the screen.

Is video queuing planed so we can setup several videos to play one after the other and a repeat function to auto repeat after playing through the list, i would love to see ads made and have them play on the economy stations that just loop. figured the blueprints of all the stations could have video ads setup on them

i am sure it has been mentioned... but this needs to have a client side mod to hook into youtube. so you can watch actual youtube videos on the LCD.
