So good it crashes my game every time i use it

The knockback should not be despawning moon lord; it is quite strong with how many hits are being dished out, however there is a fixed distance limit where the beams stop knocking back the enemy, and beyond that it will actually pull them closer instead.

You could always make it simpler by making it a config so you can toggle it on and off. Only if that's easier to do.

Hmm, perhaps I can have that also only apply when both left and right click toggles are active. I'm not sure it's worth making a completely separate version though; will see what I can do.

@ErrorM3_997 I have no problem with people fixing or recreating the weapon, as long as you credit me as the original creator!
Though, I have updated the mod to function on the latest version now. The source code is now publicly available too.

1.4.4 update is here! Weapon now has an animation for powering down, and the main and sub attacks are now split into left and right click, each independently togglable. I can confirm the crafting recipe also works now too.

Tried looking into this, to see if I could fix it for personal use, to avoid copyright.
Turns out I need Visual Studio, which is part of the Microsoft package, whih is subscription based.
I don't have a sub. Is there any alternative for mod development?
DnSpy is giving errors, ILspy is used only for decripting the .dll
Also, I don't think there is proper code of Last Prism from 1.4.4 to use as a base for syntax.

so i had the prism and used it for a while, was working fine, until at next (after installing some mods that shouln't break the prism) the prism stopped working properly, it's like if it became a swing weapon, when i click it swings... nothing and the prisms appears but just for the half of second the swing is active, and when there's a enemy on sight it would shoot a laser of somekind

Please update this mod to be craftable in the latest versions of tmodloader. I just grinded all the ingredients to this and now i cant even craft it. plz plz plz.

this thing is wild, it absolutely shreds everything, even the super dummy from fargo's mutant mod died to it, i have noticed though that it not only pushes enemy projectiles, but friendly sentries too (possibly projectiles, not sure how to test that)

Seems like it indeed is no longer craftable for some reason. I'll have to try some alternative eventually. Honestly might try and incorporate some of the new 1.4.4 items
