@Howlingfisher thank you this fixed it. I didnt realize i still had those mods subbed and they werent part of the load order but getting rid of them fixed it.

I am still unable to get this mod to load. I have sub/unsubbed ... I have uninstalled from the folder and redownloaded ... I have disabled the dlc as someone suggested that... it just launches the base game... when i try to launch another mod i have no problem any suggestions/solutions would be appreciated ... i would like to note this mod use to work a few months ago...

its a shame that i sunk 12 hours or so into the apexis empire, taking over the entire area in that green bubble, but i couldnt send ships out to invade the rest of the map. is there any way to turn those green lines off so that it isnt an inaccessible area for my fleets?

I have almost all the names and inscriptions broken, from countries to political parties. Even when choosing scenarios, they have broken names. How to fix that?

I had the same issue as you all and i disabled all the dlc and tried and it works just fine now so hopefully this helps your issue as well.

I am having the same issue as Miluh. I unsubscribed and resubscribed. It just loads the base game. This mod use to work just fine and my other mods work it is just the Azeroth mod does not load for some reason

you may need to unsub/resub or delete the mod from your steam folder. While some things wont work with DLC there is nothing too dependent on it

(examples Black dragons getting extra spys will be a wasted buff for non dlc owners.)

Do you need ANY DLC for this mod? Because the page doest say i need any. But i only have this mod installed and when i open the game, it opens the base game. Nothing changes.

T4 Land Clearance desicion puts resources on Karazahan, regardless of the country you are playing. I was playing Orcs on Kalimdor for Third War, resrouces still goes to Karazahan.

It's unfortunate the game crashes randomly without any reason with this mod. I enjoy playing it, but knowing it will crash several months in game time, it saps off any excitement.

I think this is my favourite mod in any game ever. I cant wait to see this mod fully complete and I am excited to see what crazy paths the team comes up with. I have been playing it off and on since 2021ish and it has already improved so much.

@salivon will be looking into the game rules crash, although 15 minutes to load up the mod is absurdly long I haven't had anyone else report loading times this long to me, you are correct that the mod is definitely one of the most intensive for performance on the workshop.As for your broader critique this has always been a battle of sorts i mainly take polls in the discord with a bit of influence from my own desires for what to focus on and a complete map has always been high on what people want to see.
2) We are looking into AI improvements, originally we didn't give any nations air to start with for lore purposes but will be changing this for game play, the air units will also receive a small rework.
3) Likewise ships are planned to get a bit of a prune when we add organic navies as we don't need 3 heavy ships and agree it is over complicated.
4) As for your 4th suggestion we are adding this it just takes time, some focus' trees have this already.

4. This is a request rather than critique. But could you have some way of highlighting the focus tree for the options that were Canon. I know doomhamemr beat blackhand in the duel, but i forgot when guldan exactly was punished and when guldan abandoned ogrimm. I didnt see that as an option for guldan anywhere in the focus tree of blackrock.
I know it might sound like I dont like your mod, but I really do i swear. its really fun

3. Ship combat. Take my words here with a grain of salt as I am no expert in ship combat. But I feel like there are too many varieties of ships. IMO light ships beat subs and air. Heavy ships beat shore/land and light. Subs beat heavy and transports/convoy. Having light/heavy frigates, and destroyers and 3 different heavy ships, is a bit much. As well as I dont think carriers should be a thing in the game. I only played up to the expac battle for azeroth, but i dont think they ever had aircraft carriers (except 1 at pandaria).

2. Someone did mention it. Air combat might need a bit of a fixing in some way. I am no expert on air and navy mechanics. But I feel like its a little wack. As a player, I feel like I get too much benefit for having air units when its rare that the AI even gets them(though that would be lore accurate). I dont feel like I should benefit as much as I am for having air control. That being said, dragons and flying gunboats should absolutely wreck house if the victims have no anti-air. And that is canon considering the effect of dragons had against kul tiras ships. Air power should be less common(more expensive) and less effective(less damage). As With it currently, I steamroll.

Huge fan of the mod overall. Ive played multiple games of first war and second war.
my main concerns are thus. ANd i dont know if others already mentioned it.

1. Spend more time on fleshing out what you have, rather than expanding more on fringe areas of the map. The first 3 wars dont need any content of azurmist isles, or argus, or shadowlands or even suramar. Im sure im not alone when i say it would be better to have a focus tree of Lorderon during the 3rd war, rather than fully fleshed out map of the broken isles. Also, I think the map being so large, and there being so many random small factions, slows down the game massively. When I try to use your custom settings to disable a contienent, the game crashes, and its another 15min to load up to campaign start.

This mod is really good. I played Bilgewater, and despite not having a unique focus tree or tech I had a really good time. I look forward to seeing where this mod goes.

I had a blast playing this as the cult of the damn, expected to only fight lordaeron during the plague but I had the dwarf join in on the fun alongside gilneas, dalaran and Arathor. Absolute HELL. Bring side, the AI like to move all their unit around all the time. Leaving gasp in their lines.

Second run I went swinging expecting a encors, but this time it was little defenseless Lordaeron all alone. Didn even last a year and my troop barely manage to help the cult. Resulting in it making a bunch of puppet and not doing anything for the rest of the game.

Now, Defias Brotherhood Is it normal that it give ya a game over as soon as you load the game as them? They are the only other faction on wc3 date with a hinted focus tree but for me are inaccessible.

When playing first start point, Bleeding Hollow is on Dreanor but all their focuses are still giving stuff to Azeroth places which are owned by Swampwalkers by that time.

Which is same for all the other orc clans, so maybe just for that scenario, you might want to add a few starting focuses to get Orcs to Azeroth

I played without historical AI and all the generic AIs aka everybody except for me (Stormwind) and the Orc clans never had any wars or tried expanding on their own. Did I missed something?

Yeah basically at the start of the war I had 400-500 griffons and my CAS did insane amounts of damage. I guess I had too much time to build up perhaps since I went with non-historical but even then, air should not deal this much damage or the AI should add AA in their division.

This is an issue with all the overhaul mods like Fallout and so on - AI makes too little air and CAS damage value is high.

Also apart from all that, its INSANE how far your mod has come and all the progress you guys made. Absolute respect!

You REALLY need to nerf air/change AI air production priority.

Its completely OP because the AI doesn't do anything against it.

It would also be wise to add a feature so the AI will auto-declare on their neighbors so the world is actually alive so its not only the player.
