Oddly enough a royalty dlc nuclear stomach either isnt harvestable and im going to be dissapointed very soon or theeres a bug with it, they're trying to feed the corpse to the tree despite the storage only being for fully harvested bodies rather than dump it in my recycle room

I have been stumbling upon an issue i guess you can say? Pawns and mech keep trying to harvest a corpse over and over again with nothing happening to it. If a pawn does it once in awhile it says failed in catastrophic way, sometimes not, a mech doesn't say anything.

If i end up harvesting a corpse with a bionics and a death acidifier, the acidifier is the only one that gets harvested every time. Is that suppose to happen, bad luck or a setting i can change?

I ran into another issue: Fleshbeasts from Anomaly seem to be treated as having harvestable parts. My colonists actually tried to perform a harvest job, but got nothing; and then kept trying, over and over, on the same Fleshbeast.

Is it possible some of these items don't have their tech level properly set, since it was assumed it wouldn't be used for anything?

Apparently a Field Hand counts as Primitive, which seems odd to me. Unless I messed up something in my stockpile settings.

There's no non-sterile sandevistan or any other reuse recycle version so uh shrug, anyways, thanks for verifying that it should work I guess.

I think I added this mod before I found the person with the implant, but would it matter if I added this afterwards? Just trying to problem solve and see if I have to cheat the item in or if I can still do it legitimately.

@Mlie When I try to get a colonist to use the Harvesting table it says that there's (more or less) nothing to harvest (I can't quote it, I sent the peeps out).

I have Glittertech Harvesting (and Basic Refurbishment) and I've been unable to harvest a Sandevistan (from Sandevistan 3 with a balancing mod) from a humanlike corpse. The research tree seems to classify the Sandevistan as a Bionic Replacement.

@Mlie that seems like it'd be more difficult to determine, though, which bionics are internal or external. plus, i'll admit i use the Death Acidifiest mod that not only destroys their equipment, but also flash-melts the meat off their bones and instantly turns the killed pawn into a desiccated one- which would definitely affect all the bionics, not just the external ones. but that'd be entirely up to you which route you'd go with, if either.

@whenwrašk I guess, but according to the description it gives chemical burns where the apparel was so I assume only external bionics covered by apparel should be affected?

@Mlie the Death Acidifiers that the Imperials have implanted sometimes in vanilla, right? it destroys all of the Imperial soldier's gear so you can't salvage it when they die. my thought was that, by extension, it'd make sense for the Death Acidifier to irreparably damage any of their bionics, right?

@Sycamore The issue with entities seems to be that there are no defined parts to spawn in thier definitions. My guess is that the game do not intend for them to be removed.

Do entities have harvestable parts? When I kill some toughspikes my pawns will grab one and go through the harvesting sequence, but nothing gets harvested and because nothing gets harvested, the pawns pick it back up and try again. Infinitely since I have it on "forever."

The problem corpse in question seems to be flagged as harvested based on some stockpile science, so the "revenant vertebrae" augment isn't being recognised properly.

I haven't been able to extract a "revenant vertebrae" augment, though more ordinary bionics seem to be working.

Have an issue where I have harvested parts and build the bench to refurbish and clean them. I have a lot of these part but when I righ click on the table it says missing body parts even though I have them.

Anyone else having this bug. So when the corpse had a body/torso implant like "death acidifier" and a pawn removes it, the whole body part is gone, happens to every other body part as well but if its the torso then all the limbs are gone too. Then i have this corpse on the table that everyone tries to haul to storage but nobody can touch or move it.

@Mlie, can you add settings to manually assign artificial parts to complexity categories? Right now, even prosthetics from the base game end up in the wrong categories. Drill arm for some reason counts as medieval and ends up in the primitive category.

Yes i wanted to first harvest all of the Bionics from a corpse and then buther them. I set the stockpile in my freezer to only already harvested bodies. I also set another stockpile for the harvesting bench. However my Clononists keep bringing unharvested bodies to the freezer.
