Oh i figured it out I see where you have to go to version 1 and deselect full mech salvage. I very much appreciate the help I love this mod

How do I find the toggle to have partial salvage only while using V2 salvage? Im not very computer savvy so I very much appreciate the help

This new update the loot screen has mix of Version 2 partial salvage and Full salvage mechs even though I have version 2 selected

Only issue I saw after updating was a few instances of Tanks flying and rolling through the air when the spawn in. Otherwise has been pretty smooth so far.

The suddenly unable to work on mechs was something me and my friend were experiencing. However, we suddenly discovered a version mismatch. So we had to make them unsubscribe from the mod then re-sub so it forcibly updates.(Validating files didn't do the trick.)

So make your friends who were playing with ya do the same thing. Forcibly update their YAML mods.

We did that and I was able to work on my mechs again.

We're having some issues with, suddenly being unable to work on mechs, besides the host. Suddenly we don't have perms, even though they're enabled. None of our mods have changed from the other day, but suddenly we can't change stuff around in mechlab on the same save, no other issues apparent though.

Having the game launch into a screen that says the assets are loading is a welcome addition to 'The Big Think'

Update is here. The increased size is due to the community's vote to include a lot of fixed assets so other mods can build on them.

A Savage Pokemon check if you have Simple Mechlab turned on. You can see that on the main menu screen (a tickbox) or somewhere in Mod Options menu.

Savage Pokemon, it's probably a mod conflict on your end.
When playing multiplayer it's based on the host's mods so sense you can see it when they are hosting check with them to see what mods you have running that they do not or they have updated that you haven't.
Also make sure that your solo game is set after the year that the armor comes out.

If you would read the description properly instead of jumping down here to cuss people out you would have noticed it meant that you can use this other mod that adds functions in order to enhance your experience.
These are two of the best mods for this game and if you don't like it then don't use it and quit acting like a child!

The pilot death chance settings are refusing to save, they keep resetting themselves no matter what I set them to.

This mod doesn't actually work with every "Yet another" mod, it conflicts and then crashes the game.

It's rare to see an overhaul mod with so many accessibility/cheaty options. Most of the ones I've seen (in other games) want the game their way and only their way, and at the detriment of other mods.

Where is the option to change the health of tanks and vtols? Been looking for it but can not find the settings.
Without being able to change their health it takes a painful 5 minutes to kill one tank with M Lasers in the early stages of the campaign.

@Snarbu - it's not a crash, it's a byproduct of the skin unlock code being used alongside a lot of mods adding new mechs.
Recommendation is to startup with *just* YAML and Mod Options (Via Nexus, the one here on steam is a fake/stolen version) and go into the performance section of the YAML mod options and disable the skin unlock code.

Hello, fantastic mod and I've loved it forever. Checked on google and you do seem to be aware of the 100t mech jump jet invalid type issue that's been floating around for a while now and I'm just curious how the fix is coming along? I do miss my hopping King Crabs and hope that I can build them again sometime soon. Other than that I really have no complaints; I consider YAML to be essential to enjoying the full Mechwarrior 5 experience.

Minimize inventory (sell surplus weapons and mechs) and use V2 salvage. Most of the instability is when the inventory bloats and can't synchronize with guests. Also, there are some howtos to un-break broken savegames. Can't remember exactly, something about playing a mission in singleplayer mode (not coop), save the game, then coop should work. Come to our discord and there are many people there who will be happy to help.

The setting to change health stats of turrets, tanks and vtols are on the main menu YMIL boxes. 😁👌
