Report a translation problem
If the mod is from the workshop, then you need to take the chassis file and make a local mod with it, fix it there and put the trailer mod above.
edit: Ok, fixed by changing in config g_force_economy_reset from 0 to 1
For cleaning, you can check if the mod is left in the mods folder.

this one dude, i use this myself, on 1.40 game version.
If you search for "mega transport" on ets2world, there is also another option for real heavy and big haulage :D
Download the "mega boomer" mod? Then you can haul BIG loads i promise you that, including a looong 70ton windmill wing..
I mean, its cool if people wanna use this, but i dont see why people dont just download new jobs with heavy haulage :)
