I really don't like idea that I have to build low quality fungibasin instead of using my hydroponic or high fertility soil. Can we get option to plant in normal soil?

А имеется ли гайд? Я даже не могу сделать ферму без мицелия, а мицеллиарные блоки как добывать непонятно.

@CTH2004 They are both essentially the same thing (minus the new biome and special events/creatures added by Caverns!), so you don't need to have both enabled at the same time. Ideally they shouldn't conflict, but the redundancies could cause some issues. Plus, there might be unknown incompatibilities that might be as minor as missing textures to as major as crashing your game.

Simply put, don't use both of them at the same time. If you just want the mushrooms then go this one. If you want the unique biomes, events, and map shapes then choose Biomes! Caverns!

For those using Seeds Please, you need the respective seeds for the mushrooms. Most mushrooms should produce seeds, and if they don't you should be able to extract them with the seeds bench. If you get no seeds in either scenario, then you may be having a mod conflict like pickpick suggested.

Since nobody else is helping, I have a few ideas why it isn't working.

Your light level is too high, you might need mountain on top of the growing zone, you might need a specific growing zone or a specific buildable item to grow them (like a planter but for mushrooms), you might need the research, or worst case scenario you have a mod conflict, maybe overlap with Biomes! Caverns.

I'd assume you click on the block itself and pick what you want to grow, kind of like hydroponics, but I haven't played rimworld in ages

Alright, is anyone able to help me with the process of growing mushrooms with Seeds Please Lite? I made the mycelium block and created the tiles needed to grow the mushrooms. I'm assuming I make a grow zone on those tiles...but then what? Harvesting other mushrooms doesn't reward any "seeds" or anything. How do I plant the mushrooms I want?

The people who run the Biomes mod have made some rather poorly thought out changes to the functionality of your work and appear to be too immature to have a conversation about it. Hi, would it be possible to support Drug Response (Continued) for this mod? I'd love to set my colonists to automatically take gleamcapsules when in pain, but can't do that without support. I totally understand if not, just wanted to ask!

What is the point of fungiponics basin? Looks like it has exactly the same growth speed as fungal garden gravel, but needs 10x more mycelium, and a lot of wood.

I am really sorry, steam has also stopped notifying me about comments on here which had made it harder to keep up with stuff. But yes, I have been working on Biomes! Caverns, which includes a bunch of underground biomes one of which features larger and wilder versions of the fungi in this mod

They're making an overhauled cave mod that will include the features of this mod in it, for 1.4, so currently no, it doesn't (and probably won't ever) work for 1.4, unless somebody like Mlie updates it.

Thanks for the mod, if you plan to update it to 1.4 please add the "dark light" property to the mushrooms, otherwise my blood-sucking cavers living in the dark are constantly debuffed by the too bright light of the mushrooms, and if it is possible that the mushrooms themselves did not die from dark lamps
