Then place it in the steamapps\common\Age2HD\mods folder. When you will open the game check the Workshop icon and in the mods list you will see your folder. Just click on it and reach the "publish mod" icon on the bottom screen.

If you want to add a picture, what you need to do is to place the picture directly in your folder with the name: " _preview-icon "

At least that's what I did and It work.

I hope I made it clear to understand.

In fact it's really easy, you just need to take your taunt and rename it with the number you want like for exemple : 101 Hello, 102 Ready for action... and once all your mp3 files are rename you just need to create a folder with the name you want and in the folder you will need to create another folder name " resources " and again in the folder you just created, another named " en " (for the language, so if you want the taunt pack to be compatible with other languages add " fr " for french and do the same thing that you will do in the "en" folder) So in the " en " folder, create another one named " sound " and in the sound folder another one named: "taunt" and finally you can put your taunt in this folder. It should look like this:

How did you make the Taunt Mod in the first place? I'd like to make a homer Simpson Taunt Mod. I have the .mp3 files. Currently I make Randmom Map Mods. I have no idea how to make a TAUNT mod though. Is there a step by step instruction somewhere? I can't find one yet.
