Kako - Yes, it didn't fit in with the area, so I moved it to a fishing village on a small island. There is also a similar building outside the city, in an area with winter vacation homes.
Pope Donald Trump I, marlboro, ASINSINA - I'm glad you liked it, thanks for your feedback
*Bible*Black*- Hello. What exactly isn't working for you?
ChknTnde - you are confusing facts and blame. That happens when you are not very smart or just weak. Facts do not blame or praise, they simply exist. Whether they are positive or negative is interpreted by each person depending on themselves. So, if you think I am blaming someone, it is only because you are doing it yourself. So, you just need to go to the mirror and say to the person you see there - Quit blaming devs of mod and get busy, ho.
Raven Creek Prison my beloved
However, it is precisely for this case that I released this version. It is fully prepared (at least as far as possible, considering the outdated editors) for build 42. If it weren't for this update, build 42 would most likely break the map and cause a huge number of bugs in it. But I redid the areas that were created in the outdated editor. I removed all the bugs I could find and added farming areas for build 42. And a lot more, including light sources. So if I don't have time, I'll write about it and I'm sure someone will port it to build 42.
.†.CAPY.†.
Ghost - I can't give permission to anyone, especially on the mod's official page. If you look, most major mods have disabled comments and don't allow copying of their mods. This is done to avoid a large number of potential problems that you're unlikely to be aware of.
However, there are many other solutions.
1. Quentin's server fix in the discussions
2. Reinstall the mod
3. If you really need an older version, find it on Google or in alternative sources
Shut down the server, then go into "user/Zomboid/Save/Multiplayer/(servername).
The number of the cell resembles the datachunk file name, in every cell there is 30x30 tiles.
I calculated and came to the conclusion that you have to delete the map_xxx_xxxx.bin files that relate to these chunks.
I deleted:
"map_240_1190.bin" all the way to -> "map_510_1129.bin"
Then I restarted the server and there is no visible issue that I've stumbled upon so far, no overlapping what so ever.
You will lose everything that is located in Raven Creek, like your safehouse and the population will respawn. But finally it is playable again.
I hope this is of help to all of you.
Much love fellow survivors! ^^ <3
It be like that...
Am also eager to hear your feedback on that mod I mentioned.
See uhh, STFR's first modded map support was RavenCreek, and the RavenCreek addon came out over 3 years ago.
Heavily based it off of 1980s NYPD. Because RavenCreek gives off those vibes.
Over time, as the main STFR mod expanded and grew. The addons got cool things like fire, ambulance, prison content wherever needed.
So the prison stuff in STFR RavenCreek is based off of Riker's Island in NYC.
But yeah. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Jack Rossman - I liked that police station too, but I remember there was some reason why it had to be removed.
Only real complaint is the removal of that Police Station. But that's because it was my absolute favorite base spot. Lol.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
Thank you very very much for the hard work, you're doing fantastic work
Gimmidacash - Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad you liked it
Thank you for your effort.
Another BIN file is worldmap.xml. These are the only BIN files in the mod.
The map takes up the same space but has expanded further into the corner on both sides. I'll update the latest screenshot with the location now.
Unfortunately, I haven't created a server, so I can't give you more detailed instructions.
The duplicates are from the old version of the map, it is like it was just pushed 2 cells further east.
In the new version I tried driving in a neighborhood on the east side of Raven Creek when all of a sudden the road stops and there is water. ,xD
Trying my best to figure out what I should keep or not, I'll give feedback as soon as I have that information.
My thought is to delete these and try reloading the server.
Maybe this will load a fresh non-duplicated Raven Creek?
All that I need is the exact set of bin files, ChatGPT gave me some but I can't find those in the "Zomboid/saves/multiplayer".
Gab - Thank you and others like you for your support. Grateful people are the only reason the mod is updated.
hawk2274vision - Where did you get the idea that I'm blaming anyone? That's a weak position. I'm just pointing out causes and consequences. If there's a sign on the fence that says “Do not enter, lions behind the fence,” and you still go there without any protection, that's not the lions' problem. As for me saying I won't update anymore, show me that, I don't remember.
