The original creator of this mod no longer wants to maintain this and has allowed me to make a new workshop page so I can bring updates to it. Okay so I ran the thing with the custom paths off last night it went three more years ahead before it crashed but when ive started it again its fine so i think its customs thats been causing the loading crashes.

There doesn't seem to be too much changes in the latest tno update. So I say it wouldn't cause as much issue as any other tno update. But it will be checked and the mod files will be updated if necessary later.

Unless your adamant it only occurs with this mod on and you have tested it without the submod, I would regard crashes as a base tno issue.

@white vans, I don't think the Philippines thing you mentioned is a bug exactly. I am not entirely familiar with the Philippines but I heard if you get the OFN Mandate of the Philippines led by Beach then no reconstruction happens.

Especially the issue with no usa election, there been no reports of such a significant issue and I didn't encounter the issue last time I played. I am not sure if something changed or its a issue on your end.

If you have a discord account I highly recommend to report it them. As discord is a better place for discussion and I am not sure if the other people who made those game rules look in the steam comments here.

Love the mod but I have experienced a few bugs.

1. Philippines reconstruction wont trigger and it stays as a mandate.

2. England has always been buggy but its elections are almost always broken. Either not electing the right person (say Stirling wins despite being setup for Wilson) or that person loss second election and kills tree (free market capitalism wilson be like)

3. It doesnt seem Speer's control is working entirely as intended as he goes with the conservative option despite it was supposed to be holesum schmidt

These are likely cause by the fact I was playing a country and forgot to change things back to normal but will still list it.

US elections do not start if you are playing and have a candidate picked out for the AI. 1966 McCormick is funny but doubt that was intentional.



Again love the mod and everything it does and has done. I really don't see why the devs don't reach out or make this themselves.

im having a bug where none of the majors send volunteers to their respective proxy wars, the bug only seems to appear when playing with CCP active

This submod just updated for v1.2.1 of TNO. In general, its kinda difficult to give ETAs.

@it.madmax I don't think thats exactly a issue with this submod as I also had the game crash when I try to play a nation. I tried it without this submod and I still encountered a crash. Likely a similar problem on our end.

I have a suggestion for the Russian country paths, I saw that there is an option to guarantee that a far eastern warlord of your choice can reunify the far east and I was thinking that it would be nice to expand that option to Central Siberia, Western Siberia, West Russia.

For me, compatibility submods are something to consider if theres enough demand for them. For the larger submods, its probably best done with the approval/support of the large submod devs if they are open to it. Since they could give help to the code and a shoutout to the submod so people are aware.

Not fully compatible with USA GUI rework since there is overlap in the files relating to the USA. The USA GUI files will override the custom game rule files. Game is playable if you use both but don't expect any of the gamerules about the USA to work.

@starlord2307 Likely a issue on your end. The submod works fine for me when I play it on the current version. Either the submod hasn't updated for you or your using another submod which has conflicting files.

If you really need help finding the cause, I recommend to discuss in the discord. Its far easier to have a discussion there.

I had taken a look at the 2WRW submod and none of their files conflicts with the files in submod. This might change when they release more content but the 2 submods should work fine together at this time.

@Chattanooga It sounds like you have the same problem below. The files have been updated and I checked myself to see the Hawaiian Missile Crisis event works right. You are still using the old version which doesn't have the updated files.

This goes for everyone else. Steam mods should generally update on their own but sometimes they don't. You might need to restart steam or unsubscribe and resubscribe. The latest version has the Jamaican Referendum and West Africa Crisis game rules.

@Distortion28 Can you check this is happening on the updated version. You should see new game rules about the Jamaican Referendum and West Africa Crisis. It sounds like you could have a similar situation with Union below, where the submod hasn't updated for you and it causes those issues.
