i got offered a concentrated duplication potion due to having sacred bark and the duplication potion begins with a value of 2; the concentration does nothing for the potion (it does not become next 3 cards)

Yep, thanks for letting me know. The problematic update has been reverted. If you#re still ahving issues, unsubscribe and resubscribe to base mod.

Once the code is reintroduced to base mod, I'll adjust spicy shops to work correctly with it.

Uploaded a new version that fixes the crash. The word "Purge" will show up in non-english languages until stsliv fixes a bug on its side though, sorry about that.

I don't think the repeat function works on cards. I had an entrench with purge and repeat and while it purged, it only activated once

If so, do you have a crash log?

You can find the crashlog in \Steam\steamapps\common\SlayTheSpire\sendToDevs\logs\SlayTheSpire.log if you haven't restarted the game after the crash or just in the console if it's not closed after the crash.

The most important bit is most likely going to be at the very end, it'll look something like this
20:43:36.118 ERROR core.CardCrawlGame> Exception caught
java.lang.NullPointerException: null
...

This mod is awesome and I wanted to ask if it was possible to use the basemod console to add cards with modifiers from the console. Also strangely enough Junk is one of my favorite modifiers. taking a junk panache is almost always a take and oftentimes same with panacea and Panic Button depending on your deck.

Added it, thanks again. This mod is hounded by a weird bug that sometimes forces the config menu to be English, so don't be alarmed if it's not translated. It will be for the majority of users.

Alright, added an options menu that lets you filter out any unwanted card modifiers and nerfed the refund card mod.

Junk, you see the above point? Junk doesn't exist for the reason you think it does, it can only be generated if the card is too expensive for you to buy. So essentially you get a massive discount on a card so you can buy it but in exchange it costs more to play. I agree that you don't really want to buy these most of the time but situations do exist where it's not a terrible trade-off which essentially allows for more decision making in shops which is part of the goal of this mod.

I disagree with your opinion on double removal breaking the game however it is a boost in power if you have enough money. Something I was missing from normal shops. I will not remove or change this feature.

I'm not against adding an option to exclude problematic modifiers, I'm not sure how exactly I'll handle this since making option menus is a rather arduous process. Maybe I'll make options for the three most problematic card modifiers, I'll see.

To address the points sequentially:
I don't disagree with your take on Refund. I feel like you're discounting its downsides a little too much but I found myself not being as limited by the hgiher cost as I had hoped when making it.
Replacing it is out of question because messing with card descriptions is a pain and a half.
An alternative solution would be only allowing it to be generated on 2 cost cards and up, however, that would make the card unpickable for 3 energy decks which would suck since it'd esentially remove a choice from the shop. Maybe I'll only let it be generated on 2 cost cards when the player has enough energy, somethign worth thinking about.

Alternatively, it would be cool if you gave players a way to deactivate the options they dislike. I think Strong, Retain, Cursed, Unidentifiable, and Concentrated are good modifiers that don't break the game, and I'd love to integrate them into my runs.

Refund is too strong. It makes cards way too easy to play. The cost-benefit of this modifier is way too cheap. Consider changing it for something else, because it makes this mod straight up broken.
On a separate topic, Junk seems like an attempt at balancing out how good Refund is, but it just doesn't work that way. Junk simply means you don't take a card; it's like having one less option in your shop. In over 30 runs with this mod, I've never taken a single Junk card.
Double purge is also likewise broken. Giving players additional uses of removal for strikes and curses destroys the balance of the game.

Absolutely love this mod. Thanks for the hard work! I like the small variances in the cards which help keep the game fresh without totally destroying the balanced gameplay . Would be cool to see a mod which added these modifiers occasionally to cards from card reward screens.
