Moconomy works much better for me as it is more realistic. I tried Real World Economy in ATS and it was way too easy. As soon as Moconomy is available there too then I'll start a new profile in ATS using Moconomy. With RWE I think I went up three or four levels my first trip and bought a truck. With Moconomy as in real life you make many deliveries after purchasing a truck before you can even purchase the cheapest trailer. I will likely have over 100 deliveries before I ever purchase a garage and truck and hire a new driver with Moconomy. That is real life. The whole purpose of getting economy mods is to try and get as close as possible to real life problems truckers face. Like the base game, RWE makes economics far too easy.

All I wanted to find out the real prices for crossings, because for 35-150 thousand rubles something hell I think, I play with the real economy, and it's hard to believe that such prices for crossings and toll roads are points, sometimes you pay 6 thousand for a toll road, isn't it too much... Roads okay tolerable, but these ferries in General...

I know for sure that the ferry between Germany and Sweden costs 22 thousand in SIM, but in real life?

The sites Viking Line do not specify prices, such as a letter of agreement is necessary...

After being disappointed with this mod, I decided to make a similar mod for myself.
If the author does not mind, then I will post a link.
For now, version 0.1, but I will refine it.
The problem with the work of drivers in a negative balance was solved without a strong increase in income.

The idea is very good, but the mod itself spoils the game.

I have 10+ drivers. Three of the drivers have skill level 4 everywhere except transporting fluids and saving fuel.

They all work in negative profits. That is, their content costs me 9-10k for delivery.

I have a question - why do I need such a business? Why do I need drivers who work at a loss? This is not real.
The driver must be profitable with basic skills. Let it be small, let it be several thousand a week, but it MUST be profitable. He should not work at a loss, otherwise it makes no sense to hire someone.

Hi, i have really weird problem with this mod - i have hired driver and based on his log data, every single job he did had negative income, some even in hundreds of euros ... is this normal, like he has to gain skills before he will start earning money, or is this bug?
Im not sure if i alone can keep up with making enough money for bank loans and his negative income together

It feels like hired drivers give you waaay too much money. I got around 1,800 euros from my hired driver, and if I drove the same destination I would get around 150 euros

What makes the horn stop is in the directory:
universal \ def \ vehicle \ truck \ "truck model" \ cabin
Excluding the cabin directory, the horn started working again.

I use it on the standard game card now (together with your second recommended mod on used cars, etc.), but as it would be desirable that they also well worked also with other cards... ==>

@adishrtv, Thanks for your mods they add a new level to the game, I have one problem which I see discussed below. I employed 1 driver & provided a used upgradable truck the driver made 6 trips, all cost me money as the earnings were negative. I took a loan, sold the used truck & bought a new one, still the earnings were negative. So, sadly I had to let the driver go, this was hard as the driver had a guide dog to support, but what could I do?
Seeing you had solved this problem I unsub'd then re subscribed, hired another driver but their earnings are still negative, before I fire this driver can you help? (My driver says "please help as she needs to buy new glasses & a new white cane, so needs the job"). Thanks again.

Hey Coupe, do you have 100+ drivers? Maybe because they were earning negative income. If not, i don't know why it can go half. I have solved the issue of negative income. Now, your AI drivers must be earning 2000-3000 euros/driver/week. I am sorry that because of this glitch you may have lost 1.5 millions. Hi adishrtv, any idea why i lost 1.5 million pound after using 'Real World Economy - Live a European trucker's life v1.2' mod? before using this mod (didn't use any economy mod whatsoever) i got 3 millions and now i lost half of it.

Now , see the cost of same distance with ferry https://imgur.com/gallery/muY7ruT . Now, i have changed the ferry price to 20000 for example. See the difference now. The only mistake i did is to leave the ferry prices in description as i wrote the description first just to be aware of the things i have to put in mod.

2)Regarding ferry prices, so what basically game does is it adds the "default" ferry prices to your total income. Now suppose, the ferry price for calais to dover is 384 euros and i change it to 184 euros. So, the ferry prices are changed and it will cost you 184 euros,but, the problem is that the game will still add 384 euros to your income and you will get 200 euros for free which is about 150 km driving incoming. This makes the game unrealistic.

1)The fines for traffic offences except crashes are generally between 30-60 euros afaik. Now, the game has a major issue with the police_data.sii.The issue is that it does not matter what prices you put in that file, the prices are mostly unchanged. And, players earning so less cannot be exposed to 300 euros fine by the game due to simple offences. So, i figured out a way to minimize the traffic offences and that is by making the values 1,2 etc. Now, what it is doing is that it is minimizing the values to 20. I know that it is not totally realistic, but it is far better than 300 euros fine. I have not give up on that too. I am working around those values to make them very accurate. So, please don't get shock by that.

Dr. Manhattan, first of all thanks for pointing out the things I have to work on. I agree that there maybe various bugs out there in my mod as i rolled it out just 5 days ago. With so many aspects covered in the mod, the are chances of some problems here and there. Regarding your queries, i will explain every aspect one by one.

1ceb0x [C], i know the presence of overpriced toll gates at some places. Initially, i tried to change the toll prices by modifying the tollgate related game files. But, there are various tollgates whose prices can only be changed by using map editor. The only problem doing that is that i will be providing patches of dlc maps to those who don't have dlcs :/. Anyway, i am working on it but i will modify the toll prices of those places asap. Thanks for the link :).
