The original mod had the same water terrains, but with near to no wave effect. With this overhaul I tried to edit the static water so there is a visible wave effect too.
But like with my other overhaul for v2, I tried to not change too much. It's 'just' an overhaul, no completelly new version. :)
But I'm already working an a v6.
Thanks for the feedback!
Don't worry, it's not your mod (it's the devs' laziness).
But it's really weird, my mod just contains png files for the terrains. In case a terrain file is missing it just shows up black ingame. Only explanation I can think of right now is an existing but corrupted file inside the archive.
I just have no idea why this should cause blue screens...
And why no other subscriber has this problem/reported this problem...
For this is an overhaul to my second terrain mod, it just contains terrains - nothing more.
But above the description I linked a colletion containing some mods adding all the stuff you might know from my full texture packs.
But in case you would like to use different mines, trees, ... or add stuff like mountains or berry bushes, I did collctions for most object types I did mods for, so you can add/change these additions very easy.
@Glorious
This is really weird. I'm using it myself and everything is fine.
But I'll check it out after work, perhaps the upload is broken...
Can you unsubscribe from the mod, delete it's mod archive from your AoE\mods directory, verify your game cache and then resubscribe, just to check it's not just the download that is corrupted or something like that?
The downloaded mod archive will be extracted at your next game start, so wait a few secs before cacneling the intro. Canceling it too early will cancel the extraction and lead to missing data ingame.
