DISCLAIMER:
Read my profile before reading the rest of my comment!

Five steps to success:
1. Kill turrets.
2. Get laser cube.
3. Fling to the place where stairs lead to (stairs unneeded as with bridge to activate with cube, meaning 2 of 3 cubes unneeded)
4. Position laser cube just right
5. Portal the laser to exit

Everything else was unused.
