Yes, if you want to use a different textures or flares for traffic lights. Either from other mod or your own created mod. Just put that kind of mod at higher mod's order than this mod. Mod conflict only happening if both mods modify the interval timing signal in game's semaphores.

Romania I can confirm myself is supposed to go red>green, as I'm Romanian and see them every day. As far as Albania and Greece go, Youtube footage seems to confirm this.

Mod has been updated to accept extension. Check the download link in the description to get different gate opening speed. 3 seconds is game default.
sounds great! maybe adding optional versions with different speeds would be nice one like the classic toll gate and another slightly faster than the default for those who prefer something in between. that way everyone gets what they want :)

Only in Greece map. Map DLC has no beta test version so such kind of modding needs time.
As requested by many, I put that kind of barrier to allow you go through the pass lane of toll gate at higher speed. It was adapted from the real life high-speed toll gate barrier as seen in this video:

Never tested it with promods. How about you check yourself? :)
Expect crash or broken gameplay as beta updates may rapidly changes game data where modder should keep the pace to the last minute before final release. In case of problem, you can temporarily remove this mod from the Mod Manager's list until I release the next mod update. Happy truckin'
Try this: 1) Remove this mod from the Mod Manager's active mod list (right panel). 2) Unsubscribe this mod, from the Mod Manager or from this workshop page. 3) Wait until this mod no longer displayed on Mod Manager. 4) Re-subscribe this mod to force Steam to download the updated mod version.
In 1.51 SCS seems has made a change where NPC traffics will do a "jump start" before yellow light turned into green. The mod has been updated to adapt to this change. Thank you very much with your report.
What city/cities do you see them behaving like that? If this happen on the whole map, it's most probably mod conflict.
