Do i need the "fixing carry capacity" mod?
I tested the backpack with the "RPG Style Inventory Revamped" mod. It created another layer call "waist outer", had pawn carry the backpack and shield belt same time. I did however noticed it doesn't show the carry capacity bar going up when i equipped it. Every pawn show 35 kg carry capacity, including my slaves with no legs, lungs, fingers, etc. i uninstalled the RPG mod and the same happened.

I think backpack's layer is under than outer apparel.
Is it possible to change backpack's layer become highest?
I find that i cannot create them and when loading saves after folks spawn in with them theyre removed.
