I have the setting ammo eject setting turned off but enemies still drop ammo when killed. Ammo from Combat Extended. This was an issue in 1.5 as well

would be great to have a sub-rule: if an item drops, it has a separate chances to be in very degraded quality or maybe even not repairable (not sure if such mod exists). so you could loot something sometimes, but there would be high chances you won't use it for long (and only very small chance to get something in the original state).

In vanilla now there are some quests, where you have to kill an enemy and take his unique gun - I guess, it would be great to have an option to exclude such enemies, weapons or quests from deletion.

Is it possible to set chances? I'd love to use it with Faction Wars, but there are too many pawns to loot. Picking couple of guns occasionally would be great. Please, 1.6 🙏

Hi, could you add setting to ignore non-home maps? I want to keep my base clean, but I also want to collect pemmican from killed tribals in outpost maps.

@governmentlab I cannot imagine how mod my can break raids from storytellers. I only patch a function that gets called when a pawn dies and nothing else. I believe it may be some other mod that is causing this behavior. Does it only happen to vanilla storytellers and not to modded ones? If yes, it cannot be my mod, because it would affect all storytellers. If quitting and restarting the game fixes the issue, i also believe it must be some mod, that is caching stuff, which my mod doesn't.

This mod has a serious bug where vanilla Storytellers no longer send raids. The raids go well for the first few moments. But one day, the raids suddenly stop. Must change Storyteller or quit and relaunch the game to resume the raid.

I'm currently using about 100 mods, so it could be a conflict with another mod, but I'm pretty sure I excluded this mod and that fixed the issue.

For this i would need to create new scrap items, but these would all be the same and give the same materials no matter what weapon it was before. So to circumvent that i would need to save all the stuff it would smelt into in the scrap item. It surely is possible, but probalby alot more work than i have the time for right now. I will look into it, but i cannot promise anything.

I dunno if this is beyond your scope, but would it be possible to make an option so that instead of dropping the raw materials, make it drop "weapon scraps" or "armor scraps" depending on the item? Then we could smelt that stuff down into raw resources.

I like the idea of having to smelt stuff down, and smelting old equipment down was one of the things I liked about surviving raids.

it does, but if possible I would like to keep other loot carried by them intact, like luficerium, drugs n meds, I know it is a me problem, but would be nice that only ammo from inv could be deleted if this not too complicated to do

"Delete everything else" should delete items from inventory.

Hey, after some tweaks, I noticed that the ammo is not actually from the Gun, but extras that are in the inventory, don't know if it is intended or not, but would it be possible to destroy only that? I'm using CE ammo.

Hi, can you add "delete only when butchered" or "delete when butchered" option because I dont want enemies losing their apparel, I just dont want tainted apparel flooding in the butchering room

The ability to disable the transport of materials automatically disassembled after the death of an enemy?
Otherwise there will be non-combatants to carry the items.

@djvirus Sadly no. Vanilla Rimworld does not take disassemble efficiency into consideration. The vanilla function does have it as variable, but doesn't use it. I only added it into the options in case some other mod may modify the vanilla function.

Pawns will drop whatever they currently have in their hands when downed. This is vanilla behaviour. This mod doesn't drop things on its own, it only changes what happens IF pawns drop stuff. (exception being the corpse clean up option)

Mod options allow deconstructing of all weapon/armor or only what you have not teched?

Anyway for this to effect all drops, and not just the ones i have not researched. Have i miss toggled a setting or two? I have it set to deconstruct 49% of loot. however things I have researched still get dropped. What to do?
