Also, I am playing this with Radious. I wasnt sure how the two would work together and I have noticed this mod still coming into play and effecting my food reserves in particular. Now I am not expecting things to be perfect with the two together but, do you know if this mod works fine by itself on the latest update?

I knew this, and I'll make the Chinese Add-On for this. Because I got this news from Havie. :)
And got the cool suggestion from Havie. Thanks to his suggestion, therefore, I made some changes.
Integration, yep, cool. However, my mod (POP) not tweak the same part as Havie's new mod. Actually I have set some penalties for food_shortage_tier. But not as same as Improved Food Tier , totally different. I set the penalties of corruption and population grow. Currently, I think they can work together. And also, I'm studying which parts this cool mod has done.
No plan for integrating them, work together, unless I find I have the special viewpoint.
First, I have to say, thanks for your feedback.
Hmm, "army recruitment" or "army resupplying", for this, SFO has done something similar as you mentioned. Hmm, to more accurate, SFO made change on "recruitment cost" and "replenishment". Yep, "replenishment" instead of ''resupplying", I know they are different.
Actually, I do not want to do this part too much, because if I want to make sure this mod work fine with TROM, I should avoid some mechanics TROM may modify.
