I really love this collection, super inspiring and modular. I especially love multi thruster options and variety of simpler ship designs with one purpose. Built-in PAM/SAM is also amazing.

xZx Manu xZx the issue you're haweing is not from isl shipyard. So plz don't post like that here.

Most likely you're running to many proses or you might need to verify you're game files.

May I suggest you go on reddit and ask for help there? The community is really helpful.

And if not reddit I might hawe some time tomorrow if you like

If there is a "Gold Standard" in ship's, I personally think ISL shipyard's deserves that top spot! Every ship is a perfect combination of good looking, functional, and a lot of care and due diligence is done for each creation! I know if I build a Kogia for example, I can depend on it to handle whatever shuttle duties I throw its way. Thank you for all you do Spite!

I'm starting to get into automated cargo transport on my server, grids are capped at 50k pcu, so it's definitely made me start to specialize one base or station doing ore processing, one doing component fab, and then another being a shipyard or faction hq. I wonder what facilities ISL uses to do this things and would very much be interested in base and station designs where ISL produces their ships.

Yeah I have a whole "to build" list planned out, but as you can probably see from the history, I haven't had a chance to make anything in a really long time.

Love all these ships and they are my defacto starting points for my survival play throughs now. Wondering if we'll see something a little bigger than the Hercules, more cargo, etc. Hrc is a excellent starting carrier ship, definitely excited to what comes next from ISL.

Yha i did update it, it worked, but its kinda/ somtimes buggy after server restart so the program needs to be recompiled or else they overshoot, and i found out about the batterys [SAM FORCE] in the names and they recharge on dock

Definitely will add that extra camera & LCD set up in future drones.

One last thing to check, did you try updating the version of SAM on those drones with the most recent version?

On a small note, I would love a camera facing a script LCD on all youre work that is remote, it would make it easier to manover when from far away. to make it as automated as possible (if that is what you want).

about the chargein of the batterys, i hawe tried som stuff my self like adding an timerblock for it but the script refuses to use it, and hawe tryed to look at the script there and added chargepoints with the load and unload points and seperatly, it dosent change the batterys they are not tuched by the script it seems so when it doc's to load the batterys are still on auto so they just get drained

for planets i hawe been mainly using them on earth

i think the [SAM] script tho mabby has some issues tho, today the the drone went to load point av refued to lock too the connector, and on round two it went about 400m awey from it destination and stoped there, when i went to get it, and set to start a new cycle it went past my unload point by 292m and crashed (when it was done loading and un loading for the secend time arround)

and the (drone with weapons) just stop ontopp of the load point and did not lock and just droped to the side with no charge

Then, it has been a while since I have checked, but the PB [SAM] should have an argument in the name to make the drones slow down on approach when docking. If its not there, then that may be the problem, if it is there, then maybe I just need to tweak the numbers.

I can take a look tonight.

As for the camera-facing-an-LCD arrangement, yes that would be something to include in the rework (like on the Valkyrie drones).

For making the batteries recharge when docked, I'm not sure if the script can actually change the battery setting to "recharge", but I do know you can tell the drone to wait at a specific dock until the batteries are pretty much full. I might have to do some homework on that one.

Yes, the Callisto drones are due for both some calibration, and maybe a rework.

First, what planet are you using them on?
If it is Pertam, then I totally get why this would be happening, I released them before that planet came out, and haven't tested them there.

Hi. i just want to start off by saying that i realy like youre stuff.

but i do hawe a note on the autmated cargo drones i hawe had some issues with them that they kinda crash in when they park and almost all of the times 7/10 destroy the lcd and button untherneet


1# there shud be a camra faising the panel for the [SAM] script so you kan know what youre doing woith out following it
-when i use the drone i place the camra and a new lcd ontop of the backwords large thruster in the front

2# i guess its the limitaion on the script[SAM] but it woud be nice if they coud switch the batterys to recharge when it/they dock
- reason= in my case, they pritty mutch only get the power souked out of them when they go in to charge

Hi Pric3d, I haven't had a chance to play Industrial Overhaul yet, but I'd like to 😁

I'm keeping this collection vanilla (with any future modded versions going into another collection, although I haven't done that yet).

But if your already doing to refits, and feel like putting them on the workshop, let me know and I can link them in the descriptions of the vanilla versions for others who want the same thing!

Any chance you guys would ever consider making an adapted line suitable for the Industrial Overhaul mod? Really just looking for some rocket fuel based versions of what you already have. I am already adapting some of your BP's

Hi Kyr, yeah I've also experienced that issue, the problem I ran into was that scripts in SE couldn't rename groups.

While I like the Easy Automation suggestion, I also do my best to make the designs useable without scripts. So this would mean either changing all of them to work with scripts enabled only, or having 2 versions of each.

Just wanted to give you a general shout-out. I've been using your ships for years when I play SE. Your series is basically the first port of call I use for when I'm after a printable ship for a specific role.

Yeah, the Hercules series needs an upgrade or to be replaced. But I wanted to get through some more of the small grid designs first, before going back to large grid.

One reason for that is so I can design a set of comfortable, mostly standardised docks for the small grid ships, to use on the large grid ones.

As for adding reactors, there are a couple of reasons I didn't. Reactors plus Uranium can get very heavy and batteries are a more versatile power source: Uranium can be hard to come by. So while I will definitely have reactors on the LG ships, SG designs will not usually include them, except for the "military" designs

At the moment I don't really have the time I would like to work on SE ships, but Hopefully soon!

Thanks - Still loving the Hercules, although it seems PAM is a little confused in that it spins the ships round 180 degrees quite fast, just as they're passing through the narrow opening into the port. (usually causing damage) I've slowed the RPM setting in PAM, and that's reduced the damage, but I think I might make a slightly longer Hercules, so it has a 2 block wider opening. With the added benefit, that it might fit a Mk3 or 4 miner?

If ISL ever thought about making a new planet settling ship, similar to the hercules, but with a med bay, cryo, proper refinery, Jump Drive, and maybe room for other things like Nanobots or something they'd have at least one customer for it! :-)

also, why no Mk2 miners with reactors? :-) Charging the batteries each PAM run seems to cause quite a delay!

As long as there is a link the the collection somewhere, you're welcome to use any ships you like! Although you might want to delete the programmable blocks and repair projectors to keep the PCU down :thumbsup:

Hey there, yes I will be doing a whole bunch more military ships and vehicles, I just haven't had time to build anything for the last few weeks.

Yes, a drop ship is also on the do to list, and I will also be doing railguns (gravity gun), torpedos (guided missiles) and other PMW designs (like turrets) for ISL, but those will come with the military stuff.

A dive bomber is also on the list, but until I get around to it, the Aquila will have to do ;)

also maybe a transport for the rovers to get them in atmoaphere unless the hercules can be used for it and just a idea for a ship a kenetic torpedo ship, if you dont know what a kenetic torpedo is, its a merge block and 3 or more blast doors large grid only due to them only really being effective on large grid ships, you can use a grav gun to propel them or use the ship like a ww2 torpedo bomber by charging at the enemy ship letting the torpedoes go then pulling up or away from the torpedoes and ship before it crashes into the ship.

Yes, you should be able to do that, especially since they all have repair projectors already.

They should be mostly the same, except for the interior and the tools/weapons mounted in the front

Well, technically, the Pegasus 170 is a "rescue" corvette, but after a buyer purchases it, ISL cannot be held liable for the actions of the buyer ;)

looking at them couldn't you use whips wham and lamp scripts to update the missiles, and might be able to remove a handful of scripts because of it maybe and cant lcd2 do some of what the other scripts do?

ive been using these purely and only bits and pieces, but something ive not seen in this is guided missiles or custom turrets, which personally i use alot due to them being fun and useful, just wanted to know if you had and plans to make ships using those weapon types or maybe gravity cannons.
