just comment for my play experience
the dmg of musketeer was 7-14 at lv5 , this mod changes to 10-19

compare to the hellion is 10-19. i would say the aimed_shot skill was not weak at first looking,

but dealy indead.

reloads means skip one turn, and skill slot -1, the penalty is too strong compare to the one-use skill.

Agreed with the others saying that the reload gimmick isn't really justified given that her one-use skills aren't particularly strong. This is my favorite concept of the class, but all her damage skills ought to be buffed significantly due to this drawback.

I agree with @Reddragoon100. I love the idea of having to reload but the other skills need to be worth the one turn we have to skip. Especially since everything is once per battle. Have our basic do penetration, for instance.

Sidearm should move us back and not reload.

What a wonderful idea for a class! I think the whole kit is absolutely brilliant! I think overall though it's a bit undertuned overall though; I think especially aimed shot just needs a straight damage buff (maybe to marked?). Since Rearm skips your turn it is just 100% of the time worse than sidearm. The buff to speed is very little and the buff to acc was the wrong choice because the base acc for all her other abilities is amazing. That being said the unique reload mechanic and the camps skills are all amazing.

- I'll look into using misdirection with ripose but I forgot to mention in my first post that it would be a lot more valuable if it could be used from row 2.
- Sidearm HAS to be used in conjunction with Misdirection or another hero that can guard as it suffers from an accuracy penalty if you don't. As stated in the changelog, you don't get the reload if it misses but it has really good crit that it lets you do more single target dps than aimed shot.
- I suppose it's ok if she trades marking with the double stun.

I feel like many of your issue stem from the fact you're taking her skillset in isolation rather then looking at her synergy with other heroes:
-Misdirection is similar to the Antiquarian's "Guard Me" it's a good move to put on a riposte fighter such as the Man-at-Arms or Highwayman
-Sidearm is primarily a way to refresh skill uses but can also pair well with the Man-at-Arms for a damage buff as you noted. I personally don't feel it's meant as a self set up combo.
-She can't apply marks on her own, but in exchange she gains a double stun. A fair trade in my opinion as few heroes have this kind of ability.
- You complaint against Aimed Shot is valid as it isn't very good currently. Needs to at least be par with Arbalest if not better. It's okay if she steps on the Arbalest's toes a little since they've got so much setting them apart now already.

I like the concept of the mod so far but there's a few things I just can't wrap my head around:

- Aimed shot is overall garbage tier after your changes (mark damage doesn't scale to 90-100 like bounty hunter or Arbalest, lower crit, only being able to use it every other round at most)
- you took out her ability to apply mark (this is a big deal for her to have synergy with mark teams)
- Misdirection is another ability that's worthless. It takes two turns to use in conjunction with sidearm but if you don't plan to use it for that, it can only be used from row 3 and 4 where it would be a lot more valuable for use at

That aside though, I really like what you've done with percussive blast and buckshot, sidearm has also been fun to use with man at arms. The reload mechanic has potential but it needs some extra tuning.

Hi I have a bug, when using the mod. I can't upgrade the musketeer's skills in the guild. When I drop her in, it will just display her flavor-text, but it shows no skills (not even the ones you own), it's just empty...
I love your reworks and hope you can help me solve this issue^^

Glad to hear it, also after trying this class out I really enjoy it. The powerful but limited use abilities with the reload mechanic give her a very unique flavor. Very strong in normal battle but falls of a lot in extended engagements. Also like how she can function closer to the front means you can team her up with other backline heroes. Great work!

Well I don't see her trinket changes listed anywhere, could you list them somewhere? Since trinket changes are the biggest conflict I'm looking at I'd be nice if I could compare the changes.

Well this one's a bit different because Musk is basically just a skin in vanilla so I had to change more to make her different from Arb. If I don't change the trinkets then she has all the same trinkets as Arb and that really limits what I can do with her skills while still fitting the trinkets.

If you have a conflicting mod and you'd rather play with those town events/camp skills/trinkets you should be able to just put this mod on bottom and have the other mod overwrite and pretty much achieve that.

I think I still got about the maximum compatibility I could, that's just not as high because of the original role of the musk and the way the files are combined in the base game, I think most if not all musk reworks have this same issue.

Question: This mod seems to overwrite Trinket data which does put into conflict with other mods much more so then your other reworks. I'm curious as to those changes regarding those trinkets and the thought behind reworking them as it does seem to against your usual design pattern of maximum compatibility.

Hey Gyll, I'm thinking of getting into the mod scene myself. I asked you in the past how you felt about giving mod heroes the "Gyll's Vanilla" treatment and you weren't that interested, so I thought "Maybe I'll just do it myself". I was looking through the files and noticed a seemingly identical copy of the base games event file(unless I missed something). You should remove it to maintain compatibility with mods that alter this file.
