the dmg of musketeer was 7-14 at lv5 , this mod changes to 10-19
compare to the hellion is 10-19. i would say the aimed_shot skill was not weak at first looking,
but dealy indead.
Sidearm should move us back and not reload.

- I'll look into using misdirection with ripose but I forgot to mention in my first post that it would be a lot more valuable if it could be used from row 2.
- Sidearm HAS to be used in conjunction with Misdirection or another hero that can guard as it suffers from an accuracy penalty if you don't. As stated in the changelog, you don't get the reload if it misses but it has really good crit that it lets you do more single target dps than aimed shot.
- I suppose it's ok if she trades marking with the double stun.
I feel like many of your issue stem from the fact you're taking her skillset in isolation rather then looking at her synergy with other heroes:
-Misdirection is similar to the Antiquarian's "Guard Me" it's a good move to put on a riposte fighter such as the Man-at-Arms or Highwayman
-Sidearm is primarily a way to refresh skill uses but can also pair well with the Man-at-Arms for a damage buff as you noted. I personally don't feel it's meant as a self set up combo.
-She can't apply marks on her own, but in exchange she gains a double stun. A fair trade in my opinion as few heroes have this kind of ability.
- You complaint against Aimed Shot is valid as it isn't very good currently. Needs to at least be par with Arbalest if not better. It's okay if she steps on the Arbalest's toes a little since they've got so much setting them apart now already.
- Aimed shot is overall garbage tier after your changes (mark damage doesn't scale to 90-100 like bounty hunter or Arbalest, lower crit, only being able to use it every other round at most)
- you took out her ability to apply mark (this is a big deal for her to have synergy with mark teams)
- Misdirection is another ability that's worthless. It takes two turns to use in conjunction with sidearm but if you don't plan to use it for that, it can only be used from row 3 and 4 where it would be a lot more valuable for use at
That aside though, I really like what you've done with percussive blast and buckshot, sidearm has also been fun to use with man at arms. The reload mechanic has potential but it needs some extra tuning.

Well this one's a bit different because Musk is basically just a skin in vanilla so I had to change more to make her different from Arb. If I don't change the trinkets then she has all the same trinkets as Arb and that really limits what I can do with her skills while still fitting the trinkets.
If you have a conflicting mod and you'd rather play with those town events/camp skills/trinkets you should be able to just put this mod on bottom and have the other mod overwrite and pretty much achieve that.
I think I still got about the maximum compatibility I could, that's just not as high because of the original role of the musk and the way the files are combined in the base game, I think most if not all musk reworks have this same issue.
Yes this works as a standalone mod, you don't need "Gyll's Vanilla: Heroes", I should maybe clarify that in the description.
