LOL, there must have been some AI scripting left on the maps. It should not matter since designers can change the personality to default.

Thank you. Thoughrt of it as a mod to the editor.
But I get an error when starting a game on these maps (tested 60 and 160).

Ai script error
Player 2
File elite wonder rush per(or .per2)
Line 2475: ERR2005: Invalid identifier: mining-count

But still it seems to work.

They should already work. They are blank maps with their size changed.
