I've added the airdrop flares to my types.xml and they are spawning on the map. however, when interacted with they change to a "roadflare". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

how to show airdrop locations on Basic map ?

Mod is great easy to setup! Its working good !! There is no sound beacouse dayz dev. are change all sounds scripts,mod need to be updated!

And YES that link works. That 'error' message is just Steam a reminder you are leaving their domain.

@Ravenous1032 ... YES! Each DropZOne has a setting for the quantity of Zombies (Infected) that will be spawned. I recommend reading the above post for more information on this and other settings.

@Miniroll ... YES! But it's a matter of timing. That is, the Interval setting controls how often the aircraft are dispatched. So, decreasing the Interval deceases the time between drops. For example, it takes roughly 15 minutes for the aircraft to traverse Chern, so if the interval was set to 5 minutes, then you would have 3 active drops going at the same time.

@miniroll I would think that because each drop has its own particular values (for despawning) that it would be feasible to have differing drops with differing despawn times. However, I also don't see any delineations in the simple .json configuration files.

Is there a way to increase the number of infected that spawn at the drop zone?

Can I only have one airdrop active at a time, or can I have like a new airdrop every 30 mins but make the loot last 60 mins? So what I'm asking is does a new airdrop delete the last airdrop?

Since I deleted this mod, the server works like a charm, before it would crash after being up for a while. Update 1.27 hasn't been good for it. Too bad, because it's a good mod.

server crashed after 20 random airdrop. we test on 1.27, set time 1 min, after 20 drops, 21-nd is crashed server..

и еще момент: Ваш Airdrop-Upgraded и стандартный Аирдроп от Expansion роняют сервер.
Пришлось выключить оба.

Скажите, почему каждый запуск сервера создаются бекап файлы:
AirdropSettings_bakup_2025-03-01 @ 20-10-25.json
и
AirdropSafezones_bakup.json
Все что менялось, это перевод на русский язык. Все работает, все отображается, но каждый запуск создается бекап файл с точно таким же содержимым.

@Cookies ... I recommend you jump over to my Discord for further assistance. However,...

1) The fall rate of the container & parachute is fully adjustable, same as everything else.
2) No idea why that is happening, did you put them in the Items list (see below)?
3) There is no loot specified in the Items lists to be dropped (see below).
4) There is an Airdrop Server Guide PDF (posted everywhere) and packaged in the mod's @ folder that explains everything in detail.

As for items 2 & 3, I will need to see your airdropsettings.json file. Jump over to my discord (linked on the mod's description page in steam) and I'll be happy to take a look.

I downloaded the mod and installed it, but the drop falls too quickly to the ground. Also, the zombies that spawn don't attack me, and there's no loot around the drop... I didn't understand anything about this mod.

@everyone ... Please visit my Discord where others are posting their issues. Please keep the feedback coming as we are seeing other mods that are getting data from my mod crashing the server as well (i.e., PVEZ Airdrop Zones).

@OLSEN ... That could very well be the issue. But I'd argue that is has to be either the container or Parachute movement that is causing the issue as the crashes seem to happen when the container and parachute are spawned in. Thanks DayZ!
