Use Find-It and look up Market or Paris and they will come up. You need Move-It too to place them properly in game.

Okay, I'm shoulder deep into an open space project in my city and I want to do an European style market. I subbed and can't find these in the game. I have 2 questions. 1) Are these only available when using the European building style and 2) are these available in game or only in the editor?

Well, there goes my weekend.. and the next.. and the next... and my whole year, pretty much. If anyone needs me, I'll be over there building historical markets in every open space in my city. :D Love them all! :D

Well, they can be used in a modern city too. It's not like we stopped having markets in the 1900s lol
