And i don't care that it is hard to deal with, i like problemsolving and stuff that makes the game more complicated :D

@The Bard of Hearts
If you can turn it on/off you can have it off if you want to.
This is just to expand it. And i know this is vanilla expanded so i understand that they want to keep it close to vanilla and opt-in this funcionality that i am talking about. But i'm balancing the game myself with the mods i have, i have mech enemies that can attack and siege artillery that can fire from across the map at my base, among other things, so i think it balances up pretty nicely that i can have a small trickle of resources from my trash as one of the counterbalances.

Like one big bin of trash resulting in (after recycling) 2 plasteel, 5 steel 2 chemfuel. Or something like that.

@ Phooenix
But the "Toxic Waste Packs" are toxic and cause all manner of problems. They are a pain in the but to deal with. Unlike general garbage that can usually be thrown out. Personally, I think they work fine within the confines of the game's meta. If anything, I'd suggest maybe requiring that they be emptied like once every 5 days or something or they quit working; simulating the idea that they get filled up. But that's just my two cents.
Phooenix Oct 19 @ 6:07am
(Suggestion)
Make the trash bins create wastepacks if vanilla recycling expanded is installed (or whatever you seem balanced), but it's a little "meh" that these do not drop anything and just make trash vanish when there is a whole new waste system:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3155781848&searchtext=recycling

Maybe make an ON/OFF button in mod options for those who doesn't want it. Could be seen as a little bit cheaty but still it's a big investment to make all bins and the setup, and you have to make time for someone to do everything aswell.

@McLets I'm running all of those together with Allow Tool with zero issues and have been for a month.
McLets Sep 15 @ 8:44pm
Allow tool is no longer compatible with Vanilla Furniture Expanded, Medical Module, or Spacer Module (I wonder why it's all the sterile ones) and causes pawns to lose all jobs unless given manual override. This has wrecked my run and, apparently, removing Allow Tool does not fix the issue. Check the discussions in 1.6 if you want more details, it's a pretty severe bug

Can you please make it so that the lounger works under Dubs skylights?
Lelex Sep 11 @ 4:41pm
I get an issue whenever I open the game. It says "Could not resolve cross-reference to Verse.ThingDef named Table_LightEndTable (wanter=things)". I tried disabling the spacer module as I thought it came from there, but it still comes up. When I disable this one, the core furniture one, that's when it disappears.

Just a small thought/suggestion for trash cans.
Rather than them cleaning an area,
When a pawn "cleans" the bin the whole area is cleaned.
The percent is how much of the area can be dirty before a pawn will go to the can to clean it.

原版篝火与火把无法在太空燃烧,但是模组内的石头火坑可以在太空燃烧

I don't know if this is a bug with this mod or Erin's Decorations, but you've made it impossible for dumbasses like me who are also trapped in Linux to report bugs. I TRIED every step you require for a bug report and none of them worked. HugsLib's export thingy command just minimized my game and nothing else. I can't even FIND where Linux hides the save files cause it isn't in the folder Steam opens when I try to browse the game files.

So there's a layering issue between this mod and Erin's Decorations. The decorations are showing up under the furniture.
judith_21 Aug 20 @ 5:09am
@RSummer You are right. I first needed to do the research for the furniture from this mod, then the missing items from Neat Storage reappeared. Thanks!
jessiuss Aug 19 @ 10:46am
i love this but i always bothers me that long plant pot, bench, modular couch and counter are all different qualities because they are different items. i dont think these things need a quality modifier.
LukieDukes Aug 19 @ 7:07am
Missing kids outfit stand after research is done and and toggling the normal outfit stands to childs body type doesnt allow kid clothing / vac suits
RSummer Aug 18 @ 12:53pm
@judith_21
Everything works perfectly. It's just that now furniture from Neat Storage requires furniture research to be able to be built.
Alefool Aug 18 @ 6:49am
I think that's the mod creator's personsona, @video gamer
video gamer Aug 18 @ 6:47am
how do I get the fat man in the thumbnail into my game ?
spool32 Aug 18 @ 6:41am
Hey @judith_21 I'm using this mod and Adaptive Storage & Neat Shelves in my save with no issues. You might need to look elsewhere to find your incompatibility.
judith_21 Aug 18 @ 2:26am
This mod apparently does not work together with the "Neat Storage" mod (Adaptive Storage Framework). Most of the storage items from the "Neat storage" mod disappear from the menu once I activate this. In the mod menu, it says that the Adaptive Storage Framework needs to be loaded before the Vanilla Expanded Framework. And for the mods itself, I tried different orderings, but without improvement. So I cannot use this mod, since I find the neat storage more important. I post this also on the other mod, since I am not sure who needs to make changes for it to work.
jogado21 Aug 11 @ 7:18pm
@Sobas same problem large and small bins are broken

The radio isn't working properly.
Sobas Aug 5 @ 1:24am
Same problem, unable to deconstruct/move bins. Only DEV Mode help
Long-comment-san Aug 3 @ 1:21am
Hi, I think quality should be disabled for super-basic items like stool, bench, cushion.
TippedPug Jul 31 @ 12:11pm
@Lordlony yeah, i also cannot move or deconstruct the bins in my base. dont know whats causing it. hopefully itll get looked at
Trenbalone De Aragua Jul 29 @ 10:42pm
Does this mod have bunk beds?
Dr Chaz Jul 28 @ 11:26am
Can we get a modular/polygamy bed please? This is going to sound bad, and it pretty much is but, In my current play through, I picked up a 17 year old girl as a fresh recruit because she had surprisingly good stats and few months later, one of my shipmates married her and then another month later, his dad is became lovers with that girl and everyone is okay with it... at least she turned 18 when that happened. So I need a bigger bed because space is very tight on the gravship.
Lordlony Jul 27 @ 10:05am
Is anyone else unable to deconstruct the small bin ?
rancidgnome Jul 27 @ 7:42am
@Unagi If it helps, when I started it was a new save with vanilla furniture expanded and have not had the problems that you and NPH have had.
Unagi Jul 27 @ 6:55am
@NPH, Thanks for the comment! oh well - that is a bummer. I wonder if that's what Bitter Lemon is seeing too (added mod to an existing save).
Bitter Lemon Jul 26 @ 5:04am
Bug report like the previous commenters - I read all of the instructions above, loading this as high in the load order as it's possible to do and still my shelves disappear from the build menu. I have no other storage mods that would conflict with this. I have edb prepare, harmony, hugslib, allow tool and then nothing but Vanilla Expanded mods. The only expansions I have are Biotech and Odyssey.

Hopefully you find the problem, Oskar, because I've used this in the past and, like all your mods, it's amazing work that truly makes my Rimworld experience far, far more amazing. So thankyou for all your hard work, time, and creativity.
NPH Jul 25 @ 6:19pm
@Unagi had the same issue as you, i realized it's because i was adding vanilla furniture expanded to an existing save. I just tested it myself and realize that's been the problem. Sucks, but what can ya do.
Ferret With A Cat Hat Jul 25 @ 8:58am
Also making an upright piano doesn't need piano research, might want to chuck a mayRequire royalty on there
Unagi Jul 25 @ 7:44am
Well, I got the guts to turn off neat storage and Adaptive Storage Framework, and - obviously Storage was no longer there, but the proble of missing items from Furniture is still there. So, Neat Storage is off the hook. Something else, and this mod are conflicting it would seem - I don't use too many "unpopular" mods, so I wonder which one it may be... le sigh
Unagi Jul 25 @ 7:26am
(I took the modded coffin out of the equation, and that wasn't it)
Unagi Jul 25 @ 7:21am
@rancidgnome - thank you for this suggestion.
(mind you, I have many other mods loaded as well)

My Current order is: Adaptive Storage Framework, Vanilla Expanded Framework, Vanilla Furniture Expanded, and then Neat Storage

...and it still clobbers the Storage items.

I also figured out what other items are missing, from the Furniture menu... It's Biotech's toys & blackboard, Royalty thrones & braziers, a medieval coffin (mod), and the vanilla shelves and bookshelves. I imagine there must be a third mod that's making these two mods stumble. Hmm.

I appreciate the help.
Ferret With A Cat Hat Jul 25 @ 7:18am
Hey, minor issue, punching bags are in complex furniture even though modern furniture specifically says in it's description it's unlocked there.
hi Jul 25 @ 7:16am
Im not sure if its a feature or a bug, im guessing a bug if i look at the behavior of the vanilla hydroponics basin.

But your 'High tech top of the line Artificial Ecosystem' has animals eating the crops directly out of it.

Useless overexpensive and obsolete item that just gives headaches if its not a bug.
rancidgnome Jul 25 @ 1:37am
@Unagi I just added Neat storage to my current run witch also includes this mod and have no issues. What I did was to place neat storage after vanilla furniture expanded and made sure that the vanilla core was below adaptive storage core and both of the mods are appearing correctly. Take a look at your mod order and see if that may be the issue.
CloudJuri Jul 24 @ 8:31pm
With ReBuild floor lamp are redundant completely, Repair Shelf are tooooooooooooooooo... slow. And Punching Bag are monolith now? But still amazing work as always, Endorse
azure_wolf_22 Jul 24 @ 2:54pm
am a bit sad the Longwave radio isnt a jukebox anymore, made bars feel complete
Dealer Mangan Jul 24 @ 12:24pm
The punching bag has no button to be reinstalled\uninstalled, is that intentional?
Unagi Jul 24 @ 5:15am
I have a strange problem to report. I've used [sbz] Neat Storage mod in 1.5, and also started my 1.6 run with this mod running. Eventually I added 'Vanilla Furniture Expanded' to the run, and suddenly all of the storage buildings from the Neat Storage mod were no longer available in their Storage section of Architect. The storage items I had built were all still in the game, but could not "Build Copy Of". There were also some items missing from "Furniture" but I never figure out what was missing. I also reported this over with [sbz] Neat Storage. I know this mod works fine, but there seams to be some conflict between these two mods. (took me half the night to get this all figured out that it was this mod that erased that mods items.) Thanks for any thought you can put to this that may result in me getting this mod working for me again. I can't begin to thank you for all your work.
Jack Trades Jul 22 @ 5:58am
You should really be able to move the Punching Bag.
Karning Jul 21 @ 8:59am
Didn't this mod used to allow us to modify lighting radius? its been a while since i tried to but it seems to be missing
yolli11 #jinjiyanazadi Jul 20 @ 3:50am
I subscribed this mod for the 1x1 table. And I started a new Odyssey Run without it activated... it is so noticable for me that something is missing. Thanks für all your work! :happycthulhu:
Solpel Jul 19 @ 2:26pm
I'm not noticing the large bins picking up filth/trash from gravship substructure at all. Haven't checked the small bins yet to see if its same issue. Have one sitting on my ship(currently parked near my ground base) for a while and still at 0 trash in it and ship is getting filthier. Anyone else tried to see if its working on ships?
Mac Jul 18 @ 10:42pm
Just a heads-up that's not exactly bug report material, your Sitting Cushions are 64x64 as opposed to every other 1x1 furniture in both here and VTexE which are 128x128 in size.
