it's probably an issue, either a game update changed the tag defining power output, or a mod may have changed hydro power generation in general. check the regular vanilla hydro engine first.

Might be a mistake on my part, but I can't seem to get the output of this engine above 100kW. Is this an issue with the mod or am I doing something wrong?
