The thing is, the work needed now is a big chunk. You'd have to restore all the stuff taken out in 1.0 since it all changed. Add back in a seeded map layer of minerals, add in a new scanner to detect them... (hopefully different graphics)
Or, I mean, just replace the existing thing... not how I'd do it though to stay vanilla-friendly.
and you call for 1.2
for shame
That'll have to be a new thing.
That'll go on the to do list.
The Ground Scanner is already redesigned in 1.1, so this is the one mod not getting a 1.1 update.
I mostly used the Ground Scanner for digging up some Expensive Materials,
Now i can find some ore veins in the hills and mountains that i have missed and hiding there...
Can't wait to try this one out... ;)
The color of the deep resource is a bright green as before, the surface resources have a deep purple.
I tested the scanner, it worked and it is not too slow. Thank you for your work.
And what does "doesn't work on rocks" mean?
It's a very good idea to scan the surface resources also, so I don't need the extra MMS-Mod from MiningCo anymore.
