Not that I'm aware of. NPCs will build more/faster and have more/larger fights so that has an implicit performance impact but there shouldn't be any major performance difference.

Is it possible to make AI stop building many stations in sectors where there are a lot of resources?
Sectors such as:
Unholy Retribution
Eighteen billion
Cardinal's Redress
Antigone memorial
Gaian Prophecy
And other sectors where there are a lot of resources.

@Findlay then these are two separate issues, as the problem still persists with mine, and temporarily fixes when i take the captains inventory. I have way more mods than just this one though, so it's very probable it has nothing to do with this one, and i have no reason to believe it does. i do find it odd that there were two hindering the same obscure action though.

The error occured even with captains with empty inventorys - at least for me. No it's gone, gods bless @Mysterial

oh, reading more through the comments it appears you don't know, the right click on certain ships not working is something in the captains inventory. if you tell the captain to hand over his inventory, you can then give the right click order.

What would i need to do in-game to capture the issue?

Same issue that has been reported, will work for a while then suddenly stop, but not on all ships in a menu,

I was running other mods, disabled one by one, and re-enabled one by one.

Thanks for all your hard work on this though, i like the idea behind it and i know the internet can be entitled.

I have generated 2 log files with Econ AI off (right click working) and Econ AI on (right click not working). I dont know how to give them to you.

Someone needs to enable logging and get me a log file. I can't reproduce this and many other users don't get it so "it doesn't work for me either" isn't going to help.

I have the same right-click issue. I am only using the faction enhancer mods and VRO. Disabling this mod specifically resolved the right-click issue.

Disabled this mod and could press the right key on the ship, without any disabling other modules, but I will check if I need to turn off and Sir Nukes API Mod. 2 days looking for and disconnecting mods until I found who screws up and breaks the game, lost a lot of time.

Funny enough I have this issue without Sir Nukes API mod, I also cleared my extensions folder in the game and redownloaded all my mods based on that workshop collection I posted.

I don't have Sir Nukes API Mod, just the other "Faction Enhancer" mods.

New game, i.e. one of the Terran starts, the RMB error occurs when I try to click the Guillemot you are gifted at the beginning of the story path. But I don't have RMB issues on my Rapier.
Oh and a Friend of me, had the same right click-bug, he found out its the inventory, so this goes to him.

That's why nobody can reproduce it on a new game, as you have no inventory items then at start.

Just disable Sir Nukes API Mod, and (i also disabled) Kuertee UI Extentions.

Those need Updates, but not this Mod here.

Remember:
Inventory Items + Sir Nukes API Mod = right click not working on some ships and yourself.
This Mod works in 7.50 + Hyperion DLC without any problems.
The right klicking ship problem comes from all Captains and Yourself if you or them have "Inventory Items".

Also the right clicking problem comes in combination with "Sir Nukes API Mod".
Even if you "allow" this Sir Nukes API Mod inside the game, as it want's to block "dangerous api mods" it will give you the right clicking ship not working bug as long as your pilots in AI ships or yourself in your ship have Inventory items.

So solve this issue:
Disable the Sir Nukes API Mod, and also all other Mods depending on Sir Nukes API Mod.

If you do so, your game works without Problems.

(I played after i figured out its the outdated Sir Nukes API Mod, or Kuertee UI Exentions Mod, without both of those)

Now i diddn't had any issues or right klicking issues since i updated it all on 20th.

Hey @Mysterial. I cannot equip this mod on the collection I'm going to link. It creates issues with the Hyperion. Unable to right click the Hyperion for long periods of time to adjust behaviors.

@Mysterial thanks I'll go with it, however, I'd like to point out this: In that game the strongest faction was earth with like 50 L ships or something

The xenon had about 600 L ships, and more than 2K S ships, and that was only using the was that module and no other xenon mods, they were stronger that the entire galaxy together

@Necromenta the war module still results in the Xenon being stronger than vanilla although not usually to a "take over the universe" extent.

Oddly enough, I am unable to replicate the issue in a NEW game. It is certainly this module which is causing the problem in my saved game (started just before the Hyperion update), but in an effort to offer up a cleaner debug log for the author, the right click worked fine starting fresh.

Just went through my whole mod list, including all the Faction Enhancer modules, and this one is definitely causing the bug where I cannot right click on the ship I am currently piloting. I'll see if I can get a debug log of what's going on.

Guys confirmed: Update Kuerte's UI extensions to today's version and Station Scanner if you have it, the right click bug is not there for me anymore, as well as another bug where the player panel was not opening

BTW Mysterial did you made any changes to this mod recently? I think I deactivated it years ago because Xenon became like 100 times stronger than any faction, I'm actually looking for that experience now lol so I was looking if you changed that

Are you guys sure this mod is causing that bug? Because I'm not subscribed to this mod and I'm having the same issue, I'm testing updating kuerte's UI right now to solve another bug, if anyone found the cause of the right-click no menu let me know I'll post updates here

If one of you could enable debug logging and post the log file somewhere maybe it has some indication, but as of now I still cannot reproduce.

Seconded by the commenters below: With the mod installed, the right mouse button on their ships does not work. When playing with other mods everything is ok.

Yea this mod causes issues where when I right click on ships on the map then it doesn't open the window of orders. It just rotates the map

Ah damn so this is the one that was causing me a headache. Spent the past 2 hours trying to find which mod was causing the RMB button to stop working properly haha.

I had the same issue with the right clicking on ships of any kind and it had nothing to do with your mod fyi. I figured it was the API stuff. As soon as I disabled API all mods that do not require it worked perfectly.

Most mods are broken on 7.5 and it's going to remain that way for a while. I don't usually make any attempt to update until a few beta version have gone out because they often rework things.

Hey Mysterial. All or part of this mod is buggy/broken on the 7.5 public beta.

I noticed I couldn't right click on a couple of my miners from the Property Owned screen with this mod active. Right clicking on them will not open the menu at all. Doesn't happen to all of them.

I'm running into an issue where some of my traders assigned to stations sit idle looking for a trade for ages. I've triple checked all the restrictions, prices, and so on, and that's not the issue, I've also tested it by saving, disabling the mod, and reloading. The traders instantly pick up the valid trades. Reload with the mod, and they continue to idle.

This has happened most often with my claytronics/hull parts factory, whose traders almost refuse to supply stations being built even if I manually limit their ware baskets to those two wares. The traders have also failed to stock medical supplies despite plenty to buy. Both issues seem to disappear if I disable the mod.

It seems like part of it might be that the mod prefers certain wares and can get stuck if they can't be fully stocked. I've noticed their ware basket is often set to microchips only, which are a bit scarce at the moment, so they can't fully stock the station.
