This hat looks nearly identical to the Merc's Mohawk but with some bumps on the chin. The only thing that makes this hat funny is an outside reference that has nothing to do with TF2 or even the 60's.

Yeah looking at other screenshots now I can tell it's symmetrical sorry, in shot 3 it didn't, might have been cause of the lighting and angle, but you should still make it bigger and more noticeable in my opinion anyway.
