Some additional things to keep in mind-
- Your scene should be in 30fps instead of 24fps
- Make sure the model you used is the in-game player model and not the HWM model. You can swap it for the in-game one and reattach the bones to fix any problems, but that's a separate topic
- From the main menu of the game, you want to enter the cosmetic item importer, and in there you can select "taunt" as an item type. This is where you put in your .DMX file for your animation
Once you have your stuff imported and the preview looks OK, you're done and can hit publish on the submission. Then you just name it, add description, thumbnail, etc. Hope this helps!
