Report a translation problem
It will come an update later. I will have time to sort out stuff. But a bigger release is planned.
First of all check common solutions and troubleshooting. Then most likely apply the OneDrive solution. It's certainly something causing issues.

Please do the OneDrive solution first.
After some further testing I can now confirm that the latest patch solved the problem, different quests are showing up correctly.

I tried a second solution and now everything spawns in latest comp patch. Thx for patience
Looks like the patch didn't work, all quests are still being replaced by shadow demons, I'm disabling the mod for now.
How long do you think it will be until that update? I'd like to get back to playing the game but if I have to wait a long time for a solution I'm probably just going to remove the mod.
I believe I know whats causing it. I belive the same solution we done for unit sets and unit cathegories did not work the same way as it did with quest sets and cathegories. Its safe to assume I can tweak this little better in a next update.

All races are offering the same quest, humans, halflings, dwarves, goblins etc.
Which races do you encounter and is it often related to the same races or only some? Ive seen different quest appearing, through video but I also seen Shadow demon quest to be more likely aswell.
Seens all quests are individually set for different races it's interesting to know which had problems
I mean that both because I like it and the game crashes when I try to play without it now.
Don't know what's caused that, but something to note.
The comp patch was updated yesterday. Shadow Demon dwelling pass jumped out of position in mod causing shenanigans.
Probably the reason.
A the moment I tried to debug something mentioned. I generated 20 different map RMG with Underground enabled everytime. I had one crash upon generation which is 1/20. I had all dwellings in all succesful times with Shadow Demons, Dragons and Living Archons in the Shadow Realm. While Underground generated Dark Elves few times and all other dwellings. On each generation all structures belonging to each individual layer was correctly generated and none wrong.
Following mods were used:
Decodence - Map Editor Content + Shadow Realm Expansion - Content + Shadow Realm RMG
Before start I updated Aow III launcher. Made sure that my document folder of AoW 3 where mods are located is not on a cloud service like "One drive, Dropbox etc"
I also made sure to... press "Restore Default" button.
At the moment it depends on your mods rather than this content.
The mod is set to be updated soon.
It will introduce alot of fixes and improvements. It will improve every unit icon and structure icons. Several new structures in the Shadow Realm is introduced and graphically replaced to better be seen aswell will random map generation get improved. Some updates to language translations.
It will also fix some vanilla bugs of the game like Chamber of Rites not working in the Archon Dwelling. Lost City only having tropical as terrain, some invisible structure missing in tactical battles, High Elves city structures being wrong, Missing quests for Humans, High Elves, etc

Did you add the Shadow Realm RMG mod and press "restore default" before generating a map?
Can you describe little more your game or provide a save?
Do you play with additional other mods apart from Decodence map + Shadow Realm + Shadow Realm RMG + Chivalrous Intention?
Running out of memory can happen. But plenty of other players combine these mods without problem. However the author of Chivalrous Intention has stated to never update his content in mid game. Was that the case? Was there a heavy cosmic event spawning alot of units? Did you use a XL map by any chance?
This game is sure to eat memories and may not run on every single computer. I suggest to turn down graphics considerably, turning off to a bare minimum to see if it's helps to finish your turn
Regardless, I believe playing on classic turns and no bigger maps than "L" keeps the game stable in my opinion.
On YouTube Craigatron plays 9 mods with Shadow Realm included with Wasteland Expansion and on all series it crashed one time. It occured where 6 stacks fought at the same time. After the battle it became to much and the game crashes. It's very rare and I would say it can happen in heavy loads on CPU. But it's very rare. 1 crash on 100+ videos Id say is very stable.
But some people has maybe different experience and get more unlucky moments. Hard to define.
It is unlikely to be an issue with the mod itself, as it really is just a load of content. A fault in the content wouldn't trigger anything on end turn. It would be a crash on loading, or looking at something.
That leaves two possible areas to check: File corruption and ram issues.
To address file corruption, tell Steam to validate the game files for AoW:3; and also unsubscribe from this mod(s), delete the local files, then resubscribe.
For the ram check, try playing with smaller map sizes and also see how much spare ram you have when running the game. Note that the engine is only 32 bit, so if you run many other mods you may be exceeding what the engine itself can handle.
Could you be more specific since you say it's only this mod? Does the game usually crash in tactical battle, strategic map, in menus?
Lots of unit movement? Abilities used? Reading tome of wonders? Late turns like turn 100 - 250? Do you play XL map? Pressing specific buttons fast so Ul crashes?
Combine this mod with others?
Even if the game crash you should have the turn before the crash occured? Autosave does not save upon crashes. The game cannot magically remove files unless the autosave is turned off. The game crashes in vanilla aswell for alot of people due to memory issues and it crashes aswell for me even with other mods or no mods due to the game engine does stuff on its own as it's pleases since it's a 32bit engine.
Do you use Decodence + Shadow Realm base mod + Shadow Realm RMG mod + "Press restore default" in advanced setting before generation a map?
Tell us if that is the case and return when you have done these steps
All Shadow Realm starts should have a nearby Shadow Gate, even if they are on a Shadow Island.
If you press ctrl + c and type"Barentz". Can you see a shadow gate on the map?
If not. Then you need to press " restore default" before you generate a random map.
after 92 turn of shadow elf (start at shadow world). I note i was in a "island" surrounded by void without shadow gate...
That void just jailed me and that not the first time.
That's normal or i miss something like go through the void?

Try resubscribe and redownload mod. Remove the content folder locally in your user content folder and see if you get any difference.
