It'a been a while since you replied but I figured I'd come back and let you know that it was working the entire time... I just didn't realize it bahaha. So all was good. Still use it for testing certain things.

It's still working. Remember don't subscribe. You can just download the files and put them right in your dat folder.

I didn't subscribe to the mod and just put the .dat files in where you said and it does't work, I even tried doing it subscribed without the .dat files and having it subscribed WITH the .dat files and nothing changed..

No need to subscribe and set it to the data set. All you have to do is drop the dat files and play. :)

I dropped the .dat's into the dat folder and it still doesn't work on my end.

Unzip > extract .dat's > place into dat folder > run game with dataset as the mod

Am I doing this right?

How do I install the population part of the mod? I unzipped the download file but there are no instructions on how to install it. Thanks.
