But if this mod is really important to you, I'll try to muster the effort to update it.
Normally, in this game, if something is bright, the colour will 'clip' to white and all detail will be lost there. This mod attempts to correct that by raising the max birghtness before it turns white. This also makes colours desaturate as they get brighter, which imitates the behaviour of film.
Now the difference this mod makes isn't as large as the Realistic Graphics Mod since my aim was to get a 'Vanilla +' experience. Of course, this version of the mod also significant;y darkens nights.
