I used 5 unusualifers, and I got both of these on all of them

highest tier unusual effect for taunts this year for sure.

Kinda blows that even if this is added. Valve ruined the Unusual Taunt values. Just out of personal opinion. Taunts only work if themed with other effects. Maybe if one of you guys did a TF Logo effect I could be interested :)

at the end of the day its up to valve to add it into the game and its up to them to do mechanic like that. Some things are out of my power

how does the moon change to green, is that a secondary effect? or is it so that if you use this when halloween-mode is enabled it just changes to green?
