As it is, it requires too much micromanaging to use effectively.
@Ironman_Mk11 unless the moder did a change in this version (I remaking my mod list again singe I got Biotech) electrical drips are "infinite" as a long you have energy, so you don't need to refill them, just offer electricity, the refillable tiers are just useless overall since the infinite loops, they might reduce the constant check for taking care of the patients but still I normally never bother with these and I go straight for the electrical tiers.
1) What fuels the Nutrition IV, and is there any way that it's fuel can be modified and/or selected? I read the description, and checked through all the comments. It's been asked but never answered.
2) Since the base game now has Hemogen, do you have any plans to convert the Blood IV into using Hemogen? That would actually be extremely cool.
@Readtext - The mod is Heat Map.
@Rutra Nickers - Electrical IVs no longer need to resupply as long as there's electricity.
Also every time it gets down to 148/150 my undead skeletons come over and 'refuel' it with food.... so like, every 2 min. But it's not feeding the guy so @_@;;
When I set up a patient to receive intravenous therapy at work, it is usually to replenish blood that is already lost with a compatible type to prevent reaction. I haven't actually got to use the mod yet, but feedback I have from people telling me the function is that the blood bag IV "slows ongoing blood loss" rather than "replenish blood that is lost".
So the IV then, should be able to replenish blood by flipping the values in reverse in the codes I think, or perhaps a different surgery procedure as mentioned below to replenish blood that is lost.
"There Will Be Blood" technically achieves this already, but it does so in a fashion that is instantaneous rather than over time. I can see the Medical IV mod being the more realistic solution.
