I tried this, but it's a bit of a misery fest with every faction being weak and cursed with bad stats. I want to enjoy myself playing a game, not feel as if I'm starting off on the back foot.

More flexibility for Rohan lords would be nice. Always have to do weird console commands to get ekenbrand in both western regions, Grima just screws everything up.

For going down the Isengard good side of the focus tree where Saruman teams with Gandalf. Would it make sense for him to still influence Rohan but by trying to remove Grima? Also would he still look at subduing the wildmen of Dunland and "civilizing" them. Potentially taking the Entwood as a protectorate instead of invading? Just some ideas to liven up that side of the focus tree for Isengard as it is kind of bland. Not bad just not really anything to do.

@Api_Pie Yes, we would like to have more custom models. For the dwarves, but also for some custom units, like Mûmakil or trolls. The problem is, these are not always easy to source or make.
For dwarves, specifically, we wouldn't be able to use the same animations as for a human-sized rig.

Why do these elves and easterlings get their own model to show who they are and what they look like

while the dwarves have to remain looking like men?
will this be changed in the future for dwaves to look like dwarves?

The mod is class, 100%. I cant wait for another update, i would ask that you update the focus for Erebor and add a focus for Lindon. Though i have to say a bit more flavour is needed as i'm struggling to do anything fun as i've done most of the paths, but in the end its one of my favourite mods. I'm looking foward to the updates.

Playing Isengard, AI go thru my units like butter, something wrong with the units stats for sure.

Will train models be changed to a more lore friendly version? And fighting sounds and other sounds. Can it even be done per faction?

@unwordly Yeah i get the same issue. Even with maxxed out templates and up to date equipment, the ai just runs through my divisions like they are nothing. I am even winning in stats but somehow lose way too much org than what i should be doing. Found any fixes?

@TK2030 Keep in mind that not all the assets in this mod are mine. Some are licensed (bought) exclusively for this mod and I'm not at liberty to give permission for them. This primarily concerns some of the UI elements, animations and a select few models.

As for everything I've made myself, you can use it (if you provide credit). You can let me know what you intend to use, and I can tell you more.

Is there any way to make the Fellowship actually succeed? Playing on Historical Focus and most of the time Sam is killed and Frodo is caught by Mordor somewhere after the fellowships separates.

You should add an alternate way in the mordor focus tree and add talion as a democratic ruler it would be pretty cool!

@GeneralMacek It's largely down to luck. Be sure not to send just any generals on a hunting party, but only those who have enough attack to kill Frodo in one hit.

May I ask for any tips on how to get the Ring as Isengard?

By the way, this is easily one of my most favorite HoIIV mods. :)

@Shadow arrow You choose a group of up to nine of your generals to attack the fellowship. That's your hunting party. Some of your generals may die, but if one of your generals kill Frodo, you get the ring.
If under the Fellowship decisions you click "View Details", there's a question-mark in the top right that gives some instructions.

Playing as Rohan, Erkenbrand as governor of Westemnet wants me to appoint him as an army advisor ... unfortunately he not present in any of the advisor positions ... am I missing an event somewhere or is this a bug?

@kajett Very possible. A lot of mods aren't compatible. If you need an instant wargoal, you could always use the console

Is there any way to increase the chances/guarantee Rhudaur Cardolan and the Shire letting themselves be annexed by Arnor, I already know about the Advisor you can get to increase the chances, but he doesnt seem to help much

how do you actually change your governors during the landsmeet as rohan?
