I really enjoyed the challenges of this puzzle. It took overnight thinking to get the last step. Very satisfying. Thanks.

Damn timer! ;-) Always much more fun in retrospect. Still masterful map construction, as always. I definitely enjoy your multi chamber challenges.

I agree. Youze gotta be quick on that last step. Very nice map.

That last move wasn't as tricky as I thought it would be.

I'm going to have to go back and revisit some of these maps. It's been around 4 years.

Brilliant logical map. Did your 'Quirky Stair' before this and was "feeling very smug" after completing that one quite quickly; well, I'm not feeling so dam smug now as 'Stairing Dual' took me a lot longer to figure out. I couldn't work it out last night, but OK this morning - I wonder why, but I'm sure it can't be the beer LOL. Thank you.

That one was much fun, thank you!

Beautifully done! Great use of logic and elements! The final timing run was not too bad after the process is analyzed and only a minium of portals used. Thanks!

One goof ball move by falling in the water lol. Then I moved the cube to leave some room to go onto the stairs with out jumping. I went thru the whole puzzle after that with out saving. I usually save when there are a lot of red fizzers or super challenging mobile runs.

I'm not very good at beat-the-clock puzzles, so the last bit took me a few tries. I'd like to know how Bad_Aim got the cube onto the exit button without touching it. The parts leading up to the end were not that hard, moving cubes to activate the stairs, backtracking to get the cubes, etc. The last part balanced it out to medium overall, I think.

I really liked the second section, took some critical thinking. The end just took two tries with F6/F7 to nail down. All-in-all a pretty good map!

Just watched the video. Yup, I did it right :)
Skyferret  [author] Aug 24, 2013 @ 6:17am
I think you'll need to grab the cube at some points, and then kind of not grab it. Or something like that. Actually just watch Andyb's video below. That's pretty much how it goes at the ending part. But thanks for playing.
Bad_Aim Aug 23, 2013 @ 11:40pm
Another fun one. I think I did the last part correctly as I pretty much didn't touch the cube.

Another quite challening puzzle. This is great. Keep it up!

Wow cool map. Maybe a bit on the 'hard' side, but somehow very playable.
I like it!

Nice. Logical. Highly entertaining. Thanks for the creativity!

Oh and I use staxrip to join all the files and do the encoding. It uses Vdub an besweet.Pretty quick too
scruff Feb 25, 2013 @ 5:11pm
I use fraps but its 4gig per 2 minutes I think. It shrinks alot when rendered just the initial is huge.Alot of your maps take more than a few minutes lol
Skyferret  [author] Feb 25, 2013 @ 4:34pm
!00 Gigs? Holy crap that's huge. Are you recording in AVI? I don't know what you record with, but I use xfire to record gameplay which is in AVI. However, I then use Format Factory to convert into mp4 and it knocks it down to about a tenth of the size. The re-encoding might affect the video quality a bit, but it's not too bad.
scruff Feb 25, 2013 @ 4:15pm
I'm not sure if its blind or not lol.I've recorded a few of your maps last weekend but not uploaded yet and some I've had to go back and figure it out first as the recordings were hitting 100gigs and I wasnt done.Loving the puzzle's thou
Skyferret  [author] Feb 25, 2013 @ 2:48pm
If that platthrough was a blind run, I'd say you did it quite well and intuitively. That last part usually drives people nuts because they try to take the cube off the button and bring it down with them then realize the fizzler field comes back up. But it looks like you caught on to the logic of the portal placement pretty quick.

Thanks for taking the time to upload.
Cheers.
