Thank you! Still works on 1.49. For players:
You can open the mod file in a text editor here: (SteamLibrary folder)\steamapps\workshop\content\227300\1274174492\universal\def, find the number 110 and edit it to any speed you want.

i use the 105 km, love it, as in Africa doing long distance, we push to 110 km and hope thers no traffic cops with a camera that pics you up at 1 km 😉 but, in the game, nice speed to run with 45 ton and more, if you can like my truck. will use the 110 km one and see if it holds my truck back. Thanks, and please, keep them mods alive.

note, if you are playing a WoT event delivery (exmas delivery at this time) then SCS disables the feature to turn off speed limiter. =limit on.. this is to ensure fairness to all participants in the event.
i was hoping to use this but oh well. have a good holiday everyone :steamhappy:
