As the co-author of the original mod, I require this to be private or for you to provide proof that you were allowed to use it. If neither of these actions are taken, the mod will be flagged and eventually taken down for copyright.

There is a specific clause in the original mod the specifically states the original is not allowed to be redistributed without explicit permission.
