Checked out the .mdl file of the hair and its literally the codes for the .vmt file for the textures. What happened here?

To anyone having issues with the ponytail after zeroing it:

Open it up, select the bodygroup of the tail in question (I believe it was under "Unknown"), and drag the Default slider all the way to the right

Hey, I'm having a problem with the Ponytail piece of it. Whenever I Zero it ontop of any model, the Ponytail becomes warped and sticks out of the back of the head. Please help!

Nice one. If I may, could you add a skin that uses textures closer to Overwatch? I'd like to use it on OW character, but the TF2 texture is a bit out of place. Thanks for the conversion, though.

Lock the root_transform and bip_head from the femscout to the hair piece, select those and only zero those out. Do not lock any other piece, and do not select them when using the zero slider

@Miss Marshmallow go into the "unknown" bones for the hair and default them, that should fix the ponytail

The ponytail zeroes into femscout's head... is this normal? i tried locking jigglebones, it doesn't help

im gonna see if this also works in gmod (but i wont upload or anything, its gotten too damn confusing)
