Can’t believe I solved this as fast as I did. It’s got some quite “advanced” techniques, that’s for sure. My familiarity with the original probably helped but for whatever reason my familiarity with Pinpoint Original didn’t seem to, for whatever reason. :P

Difficulty: 4/10 (this is only a personal score. For most, this is much, much higher)
Enjoyed: 8.25/10

very tricky, if you miss the few key points, you may get stuck for ages.

it takes almost half a day to finally solve it all by myself, but it;s worthwhile, it brings me much pleasure, i feel proud.

I funnelled the cube over to the other platform and I can't figure out how to get it back or respawn it.

The solution took me multiple tries to execute properly once I had figured it out. It turns out I actually had the right idea for solving it ages ago, but I stupidly ignored it because it didn't work properly the first time I tried it. It's unfortunate that there isn't really any way to combat this, because it's a very clever puzzle mechanic!

Excellent puzzle - ignoring unintended solution in @Bahlsen’s video, 14 May 2013, below. The additions and modifications to @Mevious’s version work well and expand on a good concept in a short and relatively easy puzzle, to make this a much harder, but enjoyable and rewarding puzzle.

Very clever and well rounded map. I loved it. I think i 'cheated' the same way as Bahlsen in his video did. I have no idea how to finish it without this probably unintended look around the corner (near the read lasers)

What a great map! Super challenging, especially if you haven't done "Compartment". Hint 1: Every feature of the map is there for a reason. Hint 2: drop the cube from the ceiling into the funnel chamber (key to original Compartment). Hint 3: Why is the floor on the ledge a portal-friendly surface?

I agree this one is quite difficult, but partly because the setup persuades one to overthink it.

Very nice map Gig, thoroughly enjoyed it. @ Sire Bahlsen - getting that close to the laser field is not necessary, there is an easier solution.

wow have to say I spent a couple of hours trying this and felt very good after I finshed it. I knerw that lonely panel was needed for something just couldn't figure out what, but then it hit me lol great map

I want to thank Gig for a challenging puzzle.This one completely beat my brains out. I actually quit playing all chambers because of this. Thanks for the vid Sire Bahlsen. I can now resume playing and search for a new brainbeater

Well... I was absolutely completely defeated by this puzzle. I haven't ever been as much completely defeated as this one while I've been playing your other puzzles, which I managed to solved myself.

phew! it took me two hours :P. Great map. Tips If you can't solve it, you are missing somthing. Think about new mechanics you have not taken into account yet. And, what seems odd in the map to you? . Cheers

I got it but almost killed myself doing so You need to be really close to the laser field to shoot the portal behind the piston platform. I'm not sure if that's intended .

I too noticed a little redundancy in this map, which could lead to some confusion (in addition to the brain breaking that this puzzle offers). Took me some time to solve, but the solution was once more quite elegant!

If you know the Portal Conservation Society and the mechanic from "Outside the Box," you're going to have a much easier time solving this test.

By the way, because this might be needed by some, here's a hint: You're going to need to have a funnel across the goo the finish, but don't you need to be in the cube-dropper's room to place the funnel there? ...what's that light bridge for?
Anyway, brilliant map. Really.
