Reduced recruitable Generals to 5 and cost same as Bow cav.

New update, Added armour, melee, accuracy bonuses from Crafts and armoury to castles for Samurai and ranged.
Lowerd some unit caps.
Raised/balanced recruitment costs for Samurai/Ashi.
Changed fire arrows to correct range.
Raised tiers on research.
Increased horse hit points to same as Inf.

Added more skillz to Samurai.
Moved the gun tree lower so we can get them quicker.

Realm Divide now the same for /Normal/Domination campaigns.
Dom were set on 5 per territory and Norm was 15 so both are 10 now, vassel count as 5.
Short is 5 so RD happens very late as no one wants to deal with it on a short campaign.

Gave Portuguees Mecenarys rank fire and Tercos bamboo wall.

Added +10 range to flaming/whistling arrows and +5 to daikyo.

Rebalanced some character skills that had huge tech bonus to 1/2/3 from 3/6/9/ and 5/10/15 etc

Found that AI had better Generals bonus for winning or losing battles, so I've given player same stats :)
